基于嵌入式系统的铁路智能电源监测系统

【摘要】 随着计算机领域技术的飞速发展。智能监测也被引入铁路信号电源领域,电子技术与智能监测技术结合在一起,使电源屏成为能实时监测、报警、记录和故障定位功能的供电设备,在铁路信号领域的应用也越来越广泛。目前,铁路电源屏大多主要采用的是本地监测C/S方式,这种方式较前有很大提高,但是还存在着一些不足之处。随着Internet的发展和普及,B/S方式越来越多的应用到工业监测领域,它使得远程监测的成本大大降低,用户可以通过网络,在任何时间和地点监测到远程设备的状态。针对铁路电源屏的远程监测,本论文主要研究了基于嵌入式WEB服务器的软硬件设计。硬件部分的核心是三星的S3C2410处理器,是采用ARM920T内核的RISC型CPU,软件部分采用了源代码开放的Linux操作系统。在将BOA嵌入式服务器成功移植到S3C2410芯片的基础上,结合CGI动态网页技术,实现了以网络监测为目的的嵌入式系统Web服务器,并应用于铁路信号智能电源输出量的监测。为了实现机房的无人看守,本文也设计了基于Intel PXA270平台的视频监测系统,对电源屏的机房环境进行综合的视频监测,并给出了网络监测方案。

【Abstract】 With the rapid development of computer technology, intelligent monitoring technology is also applied in the field of railway signal power supply .Combination of electronic technology and intelligent monitoring technology makes power supply panel have the function of real-time monitoring, alarm record and locating the malfunction. At present, the majority of monitoring system use the way of C/S, which have promoted a lot, but exist some disadvantages. With the development of internet, the way of B/S is more and more applied in the field of industrial monitoring, which saves a lot of cost in remote monitoring. User can monitor remote devices at any time and any place by IE browser.Aim at remote monitoring of railway power supply, this paper researches on software and hardware design of embedded web server based on the arm9.The core of hardware part is S3C2410 processor produced by Samsung, which is the RISC style based on ARM920T kernel. The software part has adopted Linux operating system, which source code is open. The Boa embedded web server, which is replanted on S3C2410 processor successfully, combines with CGI dynamic website technology to realize network remote monitoring function. This function is applied in the railway signal intelligent power supply monitoring.In order to realize nobody guard, this paper also designs the video monitoring system based on the platform of Intel PXA270 for machine house environment of power supply, and designs scheme of network monitoring.
