基于固高GE300的开放式数控雕铣系统的研究与开发

【摘要】 开放式数控系统是二十世纪九十年代出现的一种先进的计算机数控体系结构,具有扩展性好、开发和维护方便、运行稳定性高、能灵活适应不同需要等特点,是未来数控技术的主要发展趋势。随着现代计算机技术、微电子技术和现代控制技术的不断发展,开放式数控系统如何有效地利用这些先进的技术,多快好省地进行控制系统的开发就显得十分的必要。本课题充分利用计算机软、硬件技术、PLC技术、数字信号处理器技术,实现了用于开放式三自由度数控雕铣机的计算机控制系统。该系统采用固高科技(深圳)有限公司的GE300SV多轴运动控制卡,组成了以通用PC机为上位机、板载DSP的运动控制卡为下位机的主从式开放数控系统。被控对象是一个直角坐标、三轴雕铣机平台,由三套伺服电机及其驱动器、精密光栅尺和限位开关等构成全闭环伺服系统。雕刻加工是一种传统的手工工艺,在工艺品、广告、建筑装饰装潢等行业有着悠久的历史。随着计算机数控(CNC)技术及相关技术(CAD/CAN/CAPP等)的发展,这种传统的手工加工方法正逐步被数控加工方法所替代。北方工业大学工程训练中心机电液一体化实验室研制的这套雕铣机将可以满足各种文字、图像的二维和三维型面雕刻,大大提高了生产效率。数控雕铣系统是集成CAD/CAM技术、图像处理技术、高速铣削技术、计算机数控技术、精密机构设计和制造技术、电机驱动技术和精密高速主轴电机技术为一体发展起来的高新技术设备。研究和开发数控雕铣机系统是本文的主要目的。本文对我们研制的基于PC+GE300SV运动控制卡构成的开放式数控雕铣机系统从软、硬件两方面进行了较为详细的阐述,重点介绍了雕铣机系统的硬件体系结构、数控系统软件的模块化设计以及上位人机界面Windows XP环境下的开发过程。最后作者还对以上研制的雕铣机系统进行了一些实验验证,来检验机床加工的成品表面质量和效率是否达到设计要求,经过实际工程测试,基本达到了设计目标。

【Abstract】 The open numerical control system appeared in 1990s is a kind of advanced structure with excellent extension, convenient maintenance, good stability in operating and flexibly adaptability to different requirement. It is the future trends of the numerical control technology. With the rapid development of the technologies of the computer, the electronics and the modern control, it becomes more and more necessary to develop the modern CNC system cheaply and quickly with these advanced technologies.This dissertation realizes one open computer system for three axis numerical control engrave-milling machine using computer software, hardware, PLC and DSP technologies. The system is one PC-DSP principal and subordinate frame. PC means one general personal computer. DSP implies on GE300SV multi-axis motion controller made by Googol Technology (Shenzhen) Co. Ltd. The plant controlled is one right-angle coordinate, three axis flat roof for engrave-milling machine consisted of three set of servo motor and driver, exact grating-ruler, limit switch and so on driving one full- closed loop control servo system worktable.Engraving is a kind of traditional manual craftwork. It has a long history in business of craftwork, advertisement, architecture ornament and the like. However, with the development of the technology of CNC and CAD/CAM/CAPP, CNC processing is replacing this traditional manual processing gradually. The sev Engrave-milling machine which was made by the Mechanical and Electro-hydraulic Lab of Engineering training center of NCUT, can meet the two-dimensional and three-dimensional engraving of all kinds of characters or images. The CNC Engrave-milling system is a high-tech equipment which integrates CAD/CAM, digital image processing, high-speed milling(HSM),CNC, precision mechanical design and manufacture, motor driver technology and build-in motor spindle technology. The main purpose of this dissertation is to research and develop the system.The open numerical control Engrave-milling machine system of the PC+GE300SV-based motion controller has been discussed from software and hardware in detail in the dissertation. The system structure, modular design of numerical control system software and development process of Windows XP-based condition upper human-machine interface of the Engrave-milling machine system have been introduced. Finally, the author has been done some test based the former Engrave-milling machine in order to prove the finished product, which surface quality and process efficiency weather obtained the design aim. The machine had passed through the practical project test and has basically achieved the design goal.
