企业资源数字化建模与仿真应用研究

【摘要】 随着企业信息化建设的逐步深入,推进资源管理信息化日见重要。资源管理系统是在现有管理方法的基础上,以计算机技术、网络技术为手段,辅助资源管理,实现企业资源管理科学化、规范化。通过对现有的企业资源建模和网络化制造的研究现状进行分析,论述了充分发挥企业资源优势和作用的重要途径之一是对资源进行分类、建模,并建立资源管理系统,实现企业间的资源共享,提高企业的整体技术水平和市场竞争力。本文首先对制造资源的相关研究现状进行了总结,分析了X企业制造资源的特点,并对其进行了分类,提出了制造资源的静态结构模型、基于面向对象技术的资源模型、信息模型、物理模型、能力模型和关联模型。在此基础上,对资源管理系统进行了分析和设计,建立了系统功能的UML模型。资源管理系统主要功能模块包括用户管理模块、销售管理模块、生产管理模块、采购管理模块、仓库管理模块、质量管理模块、设备管理模块、人力资源管理模块、基础数据管理模块。本文重点对资源管理系统的设备管理功能模块进行了研究,综合考虑X企业设备管理的特点,结合该企业设备管理的实际,进行了设备管理子系统的开发。本系统使用J2EE企业解决方案,构建了B/S模式的企业软件系统,保证系统的健壮性和可扩充性。通过设备管理子系统的应用,使X企业设备管理工作的质量和效率都得到了显著的提高,为实现资源管理系统的其他子系统,提供了宝贵的借鉴经验。同时,本文对其他企业资源管理系统或设备管理系统的开发也具有一定的参考价值。

【Abstract】 With the development of enterprise informationalization, promoting resource management informationalization is getting more and more important. Based on the current methods of resource management, by means of computer and network technology, resource management system will help to manage resource and make resource management scientific and normative.By analyzing enterprise resource modeling and the research actuality of network manufacturing, the author dissertates that one of the important ways of exerting predominance and function of enterprise resource is to classify enterprise resource and establish resource management system. This system realizes resource sharing among enterprises and improves technology level and market competitive power of enterprise.The author summarizes the relative research actuality of manufacturing resource, analyzes the characteristic of X enterprise’s manufacturing resource and classifies it. We present the static structure model of manufacturing resource, resource model basing on the object-oriented technology, information model, physical model, capability model and relation model. Based on the research, we analyze and design the resource management system, and establish the UML models of system function. This system mainly includes user management module, sales management module, production management module, stock management module, storage management module, quality management module, plant management module, human resource management module and basic data management module.Taking the subsystem of plant management as the research emphasis and considering the characteristic and practice of X enterprise’s plant management synthetically, the author develops this plant management subsystem. In this system, we use J2EE enterprise solution to finish the enterprise software system with B/S mode, which could assure the system’s robustness and extensibility. By applying this system, the quality and efficiency of X enterprise’s plant management get remarkable improvement, which provides valuable experience for the realizing of resource management system’s other subsystems. At the same time, it is significative to other enterprises’ resource management system or plant management system.
