基于WEB的企业电网实时监控系统的开发技术研究

【摘要】 随着社会的进步、国民经济的发展,电能在日常生活中扮演着越来越重要的角色,企业电网实时监控系统旨在将电能这一抽象的商品通过计算机实现其可视化和可管理化。然而目前WEB环境下的电网实时监控系统仍然存在某些不足,不能很好地适应实时系统的实时性要求,主要表现在:(1)传统刷新技术通信效率低下,当通信数据量大时数据刷新慢且资源消耗大;(2)所依赖的关系型数据库系统只强调事务一致性、可恢复性,不显式地考虑时间,数据存取周期不可预测。本文针对现有WEB环境下电网实时监控系统技术应用现状,以国家清洁生产中心项目“TITPM-2000企业电力电能管理系统”为应用背景,提出了一套综合应用内存数据库数据实时存取、ActiveX控件数据实时刷新、以及多线程数据同步处理等关键技术的企业电网远程实时监控系统总体设计方案。论文的具体研究工作包括以下几个方面:1)结合企业电网实时监控系统性能需求,给出了系统总体结构设计方案及关键技术分析。2)针对《电力负荷控制系统数据传输规约-2004》潜在的层次结构不够清晰、无数据加密以及帧计数器重复等问题提出了一些改进思路,并设计了规约中异步式数据帧的解析算法。3)综合应用内存数据库技术和远程过程调用技术实现了对电力实时数据的高效实时存取,并利用实验对比测试了内存数据库和关系型数据库在数据存取实时性方面的性能差异。4)利用WEB网页嵌入式ActiveX控件对象实现了WEB环境下电网实时监控系统数据的实时更新,解决了传统刷新技术通信效率低下的问题。5)在分析实时监控系统多线程的分类与功能的基础上,设计并实现了电网实时监控系统多线程数据同步处理模型,提高了系统数据处理的实时性和稳定性。

【Abstract】 With the development of society and national economy ,the electrical energy is acting more and more important role in daily life . The enterprise electrical network real-time monitoring system based on the web is for the purpose of realizing electrical energy visualization.However, the current real-time monitoring system still exists certain deficiencies: l)Traditional refresh technology in the web enviroment has inefficient communication; 2)Relational Database system can not adapt the requirements of data management in real-time systemIn order to solve the deficiencies of the exisiting electrical network real-time monitoring system ,the thesis proposed new enterprise electrical network real-time monitoring system design scheme with the national cleaner production centers project "TITPM-2000 Enterprise electricity power manager" as the application background ,which comprehensive used several key technologies ,including main memory database > real-time data refresh technology and multi-threaded data process technology. The thesis mainly research in the following areas:1)Proposed the system design scheme and particularly analysed the key technology involved in the realization of the system to meet the demand of corporation’s electrical network real-time monitoring.2) Put forward some improving ways to solve the potential problems of the《Power load management system data transmission protocol—2004》, such as theunclear hiberarchy、repeated frame counters and data encryption ,and also designed the parse asynchronism of data frames used in the protocol.3) Realized highly effective real-time deposit and withdrawal of the electric power real-time data using Main Memory Database and remote procedure call technology .And also comparative tested the data real-time access performance of the Main Memory Database and Relation Database.4) Realized real-time data updating of the Electrical Network Monitoring System in the WEB environment by using WEB embeded ActiveX object, solving communication inefficiency problem of the traditional refresh technology.5)Designed and implemented the data synchronization multi-threaded process model of Electrical Network Monitoring System on the basis of analysis on multithread classifying and functioning which improved the real-time performance and stability of data processing .
