基于OPC和LabVIEW的数据采集系统在工业测控中的应用研究

【摘要】 虚拟仪器是随着PC技术的发展而发展的,是计算机技术和仪器测量技术相结合的产物。与传统仪器相比,虚拟仪器在智能化程度、处理能力、性能价格比、可操作性等方面都具有明显的技术优势。随着各种新兴技术的不断地融合到监控组态软件中,监控组态软件得到了逐步的完善,并且可以按照客户的要求订制不同地功能。这样加快了软件的更新换代以适应市场的需要,使之有了更强的竞争力和更为广阔的市场前景。在我国的工业控制领域中,主要流行的监控组态软件有iFix、WinCC、组态王、易控、昆仑工控等,但是由于这些软件要么价格昂贵要么实现的功能有限。特别在小型系统项目中,要求投入小并且要兼容以前的设备仪器,并且也要实现一定的监控功能,由于上述原因,有的时候就需要寻找其它软件(如LabVIEW)来代替上述监控软件,来实现其监控功能。LabVIEW是美国国家仪器开发的,是目前国际上应用比较广泛的虚拟仪器开发环境之一,已经应用于故障诊断、过程控制、检测等领域。本课题首先从理论上分析了在中小型控制系统运用LabVIEW,结合先进的OPC接口技术、串口通讯技术等实现上位监控功能的可行性。在实际工程应用中,提出“LabVIEW+DSC+OPC”的解决方案,进而利用LabVIEW来实现上层界面的编程,来实现测试系统信息的管理、串口数据采集、测控数据的存储和查询等功能,以实现使监控软件可以兼容原来的仪器设备和自制的数据采集设备,以此来降低测试系统搭建的成本。

【Abstract】 Virtual instrument is developed with the development of PC technology, and is the integration of computer technology and instrument measuring technologies. Compared with traditional instrument, virtual instrument has obvious technological advantages in intelligent degree, processing ability, performance price ratio, maneuverability, and other aspect.With the integration of various kinds of new technologies, monitoring and control configuration software is gradually improved, and different kinds of functions of it can be realized according to requirements of customers. The development and upgrade of this software is accelerated, which makes it more competitive and with more wide market foreground.In domestic industrial control field, iFix, WinCC, Kingview, Inspec, Kunlun Gongkong, and other monitoring and control configuration software are popular. However, these software are either very expensive or with limited functions. Especially in small-scale system, with low investment, the requirement for compatible with previous equipments and instruments and the requirement for realizing certain monitoring and control functions, other software (such as LabVIEW) are searched for replacing the above ones to realize its monitoring and control functions. LabVIEW is developed by America and is one of the widely used virtual instrument developing environment in the world. It has been used in fault diagnosis, process control, detection, and other fields.The application of LabVIEW in medium- and small-scale control systems is analyzed in this dissertation. The feasibility of upper supervision function by combining with advanced OPC interface technology and serial port communication technology are analyzed. In practical application, the solution scheme of "LabVIEW+DSC+OPC" is proposed. By using LabVIEW, the programming of upper interface, management of measuring system information, data collection of serial port communication, storage and search of measuring and control data, and other functions are realized. This monitoring and control software can be compatible with the original instrument and equipment. With self-made data collection equipment, the cost of establishing the measuring system is reduced.
