新时期我国高校思想政治教育工作体系构建

【摘要】 当前,我国高校思想政治教育工作在面对全球化、信息化和社会主义市场经济等一些新的情况下,大力加强和改进大学生的思想政治教育,提高他们的思想政治素质,把他们培养成社会主义的建设者和接班人,是高校义不容辞的责任。作为人才培养基地的高校,应该就思想政治工作的观念、内容、方法手段、模式与体制、队伍等方面进行改革与创新,从而构建一个崭新的高校思想政治工作体系,以适应时代发展的要求。本论文通过分析了当前大学生思想政治工作面临的新形势、新问题,构建了进一步加强和改进大学生思想政治教育工作的新体系,以更好地提高高校思想政治教育工作的实效。本论文共分为三部分:第一部分分析了高校思想政治教育工作的重要地位。本论文从大学生世界观、人生观、价值观的确立,从国际背景审视和中央对加强大学生思想政治教育工作的重视程度,指出了要充分认识新形势下进一步加强和改进大学生思想政治教育工作的重要性和紧迫性,以战略的眼光来认识改革开放新时期高校思想政治教育工作的重要地位。同时也要看到历史赋予了高校思想政治教育工作难得的发展机遇,高校思想政治教育工作的进一步发展也具有可能性。第二部分探讨了高校思想政治教育工作存在的问题及原因。改革开放以来,我国高校的思想政治教育工作虽然取得了可喜的成就,但同时也出现了许多问题,如思想政治教育工作目标淡化、观念滞后、方法陈旧、内容老化等。同时,本论文进一步挖掘了我国思想政治教育工作存在这些问题的原因,主要包括三个方面,全球化给高校思想政治教育工作带来的挑战、信息化对高校思想政治教育工作的影响、改革开放为高校思想政治教育工作带来的新问题和市场经济浪潮对高校思想政治教育工作带来冲击。第三部分构建了新时期我国高校思想政治教育工作的体系。要解决现阶段高校思想政治教育工作中存在的问题,就不仅要加强高校思想政治教育工作,而且要创新和改进高校思想政治教育工作。所以这部分是本论文的重点,从观念、内容、方法、形式、队伍五个方面构建了高校思想政治教育工作新的体系。指出首先要更新观念,这是一个重要前提。然后要完善内容,加强内容的时代性、现代化,传统与现代相结合,不断发展思想政治理论,建立的中国民族特色的思想政治教育体系。第三要改进方法,在新的形势下,思想政治工作任务更加艰巨,思想政治工作对象,环境更为复杂,客观上要求思想政治工作在方法、手段上要有所创新。促使思想政治工作方法由单一向多样发展,增强实效性。第四要丰富形式,以多样化的形式为学生服务,提高高校思想政治教育工作水平。第五要建设队伍,提高高校思想政治教育工作者队伍的素质,只有这样,才能为更好地提高高校思想政治工作的实效性。更多还原

【Abstract】 With the globalization, information technology, the socialist market economy and Chinese ideological and political education of college, under these new circumstances, the task of strengthening and improving the ideological and political education of college students to raise their ideological and political quality and train them to be the culture of their socialist builders and successors is unshirkable for schools. University, as a personnel training base, should take measures on the concept, content, the means and methods, models and structure, and other aspects of the reform and innovation of the ideological and political work so as to construct a new system of ideological and political work to meet the requirements of the development of the society. This paper analyzes the current ideological and political work of college students in the new situation and with new problems, and constructes a new model to strengthen and improve ideological and political education of college students in order to raise effectiveness of the ideological and political education of college.This paper is divided into three parts:The first part deals with the importance of ideological and political education in college. From the establishment of students’view of the world, the values from the international background to examine and strengthen the ideological and political education of college students and the importance to fully understand the new situation tell us the importance and urgency of a strategic vision of the reform and opening up of the new era of ideological and political education work. At the same time we should also notice that the history gives a chance for ideological and political education with the possibility of further development.The second part talks about the reasons for existence and the problems with it. Since reform and opening up, Chinese ideological and political education work has been made satisifing achievements, and also a number of problems, such as the weakeness of the goals, lagging concepts, methods obsolete, content and aging. Meanwhile, the paper further analyze the reasons for these problems in Chinese ideological and political education, including the three main aspects of challenges of globalization to the ideological and political education, influence of information to the ideological and political education and impact of reform and opening up on the ideological and political education of college undrer the development of market economy .The third part presents the new model of ideological and political education in the new era. To solve the existing problems of the ideological and political education in this period, we should not only strengthen the ideological and political education of college but also to innovate and improve the ideological and political education work. So this part is the focus of this paper, which illustrates the point from conception, content, method, form, the ranks of the five aspects of the ideological and political education of new models. First, we should buck up the ideas, which is an important premise. Then we must improve, strengthen the contents of the times, modern, traditional and modern combination of the ideological and political development theory with Chinese national characteristics of the ideological and political education.The third aspect is to update the method, under the new circumstances, the tasks of ideological and political work are more arduous, the objects and the environment are more complex. Objectively, in the ideological and political work, the means should be innovated and diversified to enhance effectiveness. The fourth aspect is to make the form rich, diverse forms of student services, enhance ideological and political education of college level. The fifth aspect is to build a team and improve the workers’quality in the. Only in this way can we further improve ideological and political work in colleges and universities effectively.更多还原
