基于能量平衡思想的汽温控制系统优化设计

【摘要】 受参与一次调频和煤质波动的影响,大型机组汽温控制面临新的考验。在机理分析的基础上,通过对一台600MW机组汽温系统的主要扰动信号与主汽温信号进行相关性分析,发现汽温波动的主要因素来自于燃烧扰动。在机组多个负荷点下求取烟气扰动对汽温的传递函数并对其进行频域特性分析,发现对象呈带通滤波特性,并且燃烧扰动的主要频率分布在其通带内,因此采用单纯串级控制系统不能对其进行有效抑制,得出了前馈控制是解决当前情况下汽温系统控制品质下降问题的一个有效方案,并在此基础上给出了基于能量平衡思想的控制方案,最后验证了其理论可行性并分析了其工程应用性。

【Abstract】 Influenced by joining the primary frequency modulation and the coal quality variation, the new test was faced to the large generating sets steam temperature control. Based on the mechanism analysis, through the correlation analysis of a 600MW load generating set between the main disturbance signal of steam temperature system and the main steam temperature signal, the major factors of steam temperature fluctuation was from the combustion disturbance. The transfer functions of steam temperature calculated under several load were analyzed by means of frequency domain characteristics, and it was found the same as the band-pass filter characteristics. For the major frequency of combustion disturbance was within the pass band, so it was difficult for single cascade control system to effectively damp the combustion disturbance, and the feed-forward control is found the effective solution to the new problem in current circs, and the control scheme based on the energy balance ideology is developed based on it, the theoretic feasibility is validated and the applicability for practical projects is analyzed in the end.
