乌海地区低压电网无功补偿研究

【摘要】 论文针对乌海电网的实际情况分析了无功补偿的原理和目的,针对当前低压无功补偿的情况,给出了无功补偿的离线优化方法,并结合辐射状电网和非辐射状电网得出相应的补偿容量。在实时补偿方面,针对不同的负荷状况,根据配电网络电容器组优化投切模型,从实时的角度研究电容器组的投切,推导出电容器组实时投切的线性整数模型;给出了并联电容器组对谐波作用的分析,分析了电容器组星形接线与三角形接线方式对谐波的影响。分析了乌海电网运行及高耗能企业的负荷特性,在此基础上设计了一套智能无功补偿装置,该装置以无功功率最小作为控制策略,以电压作为约束条件。现场运行证明了该装置的实用性。

【Abstract】 This paper introduced the principle and objective of reactive compensation in Wuhai area, present the model of reactive power optimization planning about low voltagesystem. According as radiant or other power system, the compensatory capability was gained. On real time compensation, aimed at different loadcondition, based the former research, this paper deduced the linear integermodel for capacitor switching and gave the resolving. This paper analyzed the function of harmonic currents about parallel connection capacitor to power system. And analyzed the harmonic currentseffect on "Y" or "triangle" connection. An intelligent device was designed for var compensation. The device took reactivepower as control target and took voltage as restricting condition. In this paper, it expounded the principle and electric circuits of hardware, the design ofsoftware and some program.
