电除尘器逃逸粉尘冲击粘附再捕集技术研究

【摘要】 随着火电厂粉尘排放标准日益严格,现有电除尘器的运行效率将越来越难以满足排放要求。影响电除尘器除尘效率进一步提高的主要因素之一是对细微粉尘的收集。本文针对电除尘器逃逸粉尘的特点,提出了以冲击粘附方式进行捕集的概念。从粉尘粘附机理上进行了分析,对冲击粘附装置内的二维流场进行了模拟,并进行了现场收尘实验,测试除尘效率,验证了以其作为电除尘器的辅助除尘工具,提高除尘效率的可行性。

【Abstract】 The emission standard of particles in power plants is increasingly strict, so the concentration of fly ash escaped from ESP could not meet the demand of emission standard. The fine fly ash can not be disposed effectively, it is one of the main factors that influenced the efficiency improvement of ESP.In this paper, basing on the characteristic of fly ash escaped from ESP, the impactive adhesion set is put forward to concentrate it. The mechanism of adhesion, the 2-dimonsion flow field of the impactor have been analyzed and some experiments have been done to test the efficiency. These show that the set as an assistant implement is a feasible way to improve the efficiency.
