一五零电厂50MW机组汽轮机转子裂纹分析及处理

【摘要】 由于电力体制改革和中国能源政策的现状,许多超期服役的机组仍然在线运行,这些机组的安全问题是不容忽视的。汽轮机转子安全性能及安全裕度直接影响到了整个机组的寿命,研究汽轮机转子裂纹是研究汽轮机寿命的一种重要手段。在本文中,通过研究引起汽轮机转子产生裂纹的原因及产生裂纹的过程,确定一个低周疲劳周次应力的振幅,计算出汽轮机转子的致裂周期和残余寿命;通过对汽轮机温度场和机械应力场的研究,得出各种工况下对机组寿命的损耗量,合理安排机组的启停方案;通过对已裂转子的裂纹处理方案的对比研究,确定经过车削后,强度最大而转子表面综合应力最小的方案,为转子裂纹处理提供明确的依据。

【Abstract】 Because of the reform and the present status of China’s energy policy, many units of extended active duty are still on their service-line. Safety of these units can not be ignored. The safety performance and safety margin of turbine directly influence the life of the whole unit. So the research of turbine rotor crack is an important mean for life. In this paper, through studying the causes and the process of turbine rotor crack, we can identify a low-cycle fatigue cycles stress amplitude and calculate turbine rotor fracturing cycle and the residual life; through studying turbine temperature and mechanical stress field,. we can get the loss of unit life under various conditions and reasonably arrangement unit start-stop program; through studying comparative treatment program of cracked rotor, we can get the program of the greatest strength and the smallest stress of the rotor surface after turning .Furthermore, we can get a clear basis for rotor cracks treatment.
