【摘要】 本文研究了DSS技术及其在森林防火指挥系统中的应用和专家系统中的知识表示法,提出了一种基于关系型数据库的面向对象知识表示法,并对ID3算法在森林火险预报模型中的应用做了研究。在综合分析国内外决策支持系统及森林防火研究现状的基础上,结合林业防火的专业知识与经验,应用DSS技术、数据库技术、3S技术和专家系统,设计了森林防火指挥决策支持系统,对该系统的组成、主要模型及算法、知识库维护和推理机设计进行了分析研究。通过数据和模型驱动以及知识推理,该系统实现了扑火人力工具配置、人员集结方案及扑火方案的生成;测试表明该系统的实现将有效地推动森林防火指挥工作,对森林防火指挥具有重要意义。更多还原

【Abstract】 The thesis studies DSS technology and its application in Forest Fire Prevention Command system and the Knowledge Representation in Expert System, presenting an Object-oriented Knowledge Representation based on the Relational Database,and studies the application of ID3 arithmetic in Forest Fire Risk Prediction Model. Based on the comprehensive analysis of the internal and oversea research of the Decision Support System and forest fire prevention, and with the forest fire prevention expertise and experience, this thesis designs a Forest Fire Prevention Command Decision Support System using DSS technology, Database technology, 3S technology and Expert System, and studies the composition,the main models and arithmetic, knowledge base maintenance and inference engine design of the system. Through data and model-driven and knowledge reasoning, the system realizes the generation of the configuration of firefighting men and tools, men assembly program and firefighting program. The test shows that the system will effectively promote the work of the forest fire prevention command, and be of great significance.更多还原
