火电厂湿式烟气脱硫废水处理技术的试验研究

【摘要】 本文通过对国华定州电厂的湿式烟气脱硫废水进行水质分析,以及在实验室用聚合硫酸铝铁(PAFS)和聚丙烯酰胺(PAM)对其废水处理。综合湿式烟气脱硫废水中可能出现的不同废水,设计处理的工艺流程,计算300MW机组产生4.0t/h脱硫废水处理所需的构筑物,同时对其进行经济预算和可能存在的问题分析。通过实验研究表明在pH为3.0的条件下用硫酸铁与硫酸铝在摩尔比为2∶3合成液体状的聚合硫酸铝铁,并用其与PAM针对脱硫废水中超标严重的氟化物和硫化物进行处理,确定了去除F-和S2-的最佳pH,搅拌时间,静置时间以及混凝剂的最佳用量。同时与电厂现用的混凝剂作比较,得出用聚合硫酸铝铁处理效果更佳。

【Abstract】 The water qualities of desulphurization wastewater from electric power plant of Ding zhou pertaining Guohua were analyzed, and a lab-scale study was conducted to coagulate by PAFS and PAM for the treatment of the wastewaters. Integrated the probable different desulphurization wastewater, craft flow path was designed and structures of the unit of 300 MW to produce the desulphurization wastewater of 4.0 t/h, however, it carries out the problem of economic budget and possible existence analyses.Through the experimental research, it showed when pH of 3.0 and the mole ratio of ferric sulfate and aluminum sulfate was 2∶3, the liquid PAFS was synthesized, which was accessed with PAM to wipe off fluoride and sulfide that were beyond the criterion the most serious. At the same time, best pH, stir time, put time and coagulant quietly best use quantity were determined to exclude F- and S2-.And with the coagulant that power plant now uses coagulating agent, it showed that it was much better to use PAFS.
