厂用电系统保护测控装置的开发

【摘要】 厂用电是发电厂中最重要的负荷,厂用电系统是否稳定可靠,对于保证发电厂安全经济运行至关重要。从目前的运行状况来看,厂用电系统的保护还是一个比较薄弱的环节。本论文在分析对比了目前国内外厂用电系统保护测控装置发展的基础之上,提出了一套新型的设计方案。本方案的硬件平台由先进的32位嵌入式微控制器TMS320F2812、16位高精度A/D构成,软件平台采用了全新的基于多任务实时操作系统。该装置不仅适用于厂用变压器低压侧系统的保护,也适用于中低压变电站的保护。厂用电的馈线保护中起动电流和短路电流的识别,采用了新的保护原理,提高了保护的灵敏性和准确性。通过分析比较得知,该装置具有先进、可靠、易于开发维护和升级扩充等显著的优点。

【Abstract】 The protection and monitoring device for the auxiliary power system is very important in the relay protection. Its performance influences the reliability of the auxiliary power system directly. But in nowadays, the protection for the auxiliary power system is still a weak link. Based on comparing the development of the protection and monitoring device for the auxiliary power system home and abroad, this paper presents a novel design scheme of its system. The hardware platform of the scheme is composed of advanced 32-bit embedded microprocessor unit and high-precision 16-bit A/D. And in the design of its software, the method based on multi-task real-time operating system is adopted. This device can not only satisfy the protection needs of auxiliary transformer low-tension side, but also meet the needs of middle and low voltage substation. A new protection principle has been utilized to recognize the start-up current and the short circuit current in feeder line protection. Through analysis and comparison, it is concluded that the scheme takes on such distinct merits as advanced system, high reliability, being apt to develop, maintain, upgrade and extend etc..
