【摘要】 为了进一步提高大新药业公司的市场竞争能力,以求在激烈的市场竞争中确保公司顺利的发展,有必要对公司的经营战略进行认真的研究与分析,以期寻找到适合行业发展环境,能够充分适应国内外市场的竞争策略,给大新药业公司带来强大的竞争力。本文运用SWOT方法、模糊综合评价方法、多元线性回归方法等,结合大新药业的发展历史和近5年的经营现状,立足于目前国内外原料药的竞争及发展现状与趋势,对大新药业企业内外部环境、资源能力等影响企业竞争力的因素进行了分析、评价,由此对大新药业发展战略进行研究。更多还原

【Abstract】 As increasing the market competitiveness of DaXin pharmaceutical company further in an attempt to make sure the well-off development in the intense market competition, it is essential to research and analyze the operating strategy of the company. Find out the competition strategy which suits development environment and can suit the competition strategy of market at home and abroad, and it will bring the powerful competition for DaXin pharmaceutical company. With the application of SWOT method, fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method, multiple linear regression method, etc., the paper combines the development history of DaXin pharmaceutical and the current situation of recent five years. Moreover, this paper analyzes and evaluates the factors which impacts enterprise competitiveness of DaXin pharmaceutical, such as internal and external environment factors and resource capacity, and studies the developmental strategy of DaXin Pharmaceutical at last.更多还原
