【摘要】 本文首先对电力公司计量管理系统建设的现状进行了分析,指出了电力公司计量管理系统存在的问题,提出在PowerBuilder开发环境下,电力公司计量管理系统应引入先进的Browser/Server体系结构来构建电力公司计量管理系统。结合电力行业的特殊性,本文着重对电力公司计量管理的电能计量管理和工作票管理进行了阐述,并对其中部分进行了实现。在以Browser/Server体系结构构建电力公司计量管理系统的同时,还阐述了计量管理系统的设计实现手段问题,最后设计了电力公司计量管理系统的功能模块,给出了它们之间的关系以及实现方法。更多还原

【Abstract】 The article first analyses characters of measure management system of electric company construction, points out measure management system of electric company, indicates that measure management system of electric company construction should introduce ideas of Browser/Server when constructing platform of measure management system.To combine with particularity of power industry, the article particularly expatiate electric energy measure management and work ticket management. When constructing platform of measure management system with ideas of Browser/Server, we should consider achieved and designed the system. Finally, the article summarizes function module of power distribution in measure management system, it provides relationship among module, and achievement method.更多还原
