火电厂大气污染物排放控制技术优化研究

【摘要】 基于我国电力发展状况,针对火力发电污染物排放控制技术发展趋势,本文就火电厂主要污染物控制现状,分析了大气污染物控制技术需求、适应能力、经济性、运行现状和存在问题。针对“十一五”火电厂的环境目标,从技术、经济、政策法规等方面分析了目前存在的问题。并根据不同发电方式下污染物产生和不同的控制方式,对现有污染物控制技术联合应用情况及经济性进行了研究,分析了污染物控制及发电成本的经济性。最后对中国火电厂大气污染物控制的法规、政策提出了合理性建议。为了解我国火电厂污染物控制现状和进行电厂多污染物控制提供了重要参考。

【Abstract】 Based on development situation of our country’s electric power, aimed at development current of emission control technology of air pollutants for thermal power plants, the paper analysed the air pollutants control technology demand, adaptability, economy, operation situation and existing problems according as control situation of main air pollutants for thermal power plants. Aimed at“The eleventh five years’plan”of thermal power’s environmental goal, the existing problems were analysed through techonoly, economy, policy regulations, etc. The combined application situation and economy of existing pollutants control technology were studied according to pollutants production at different electric generation and different control manners. The economy of pollutants control and power generation cost were analysed at the same time. Finally, the advices on policies and regulations of air pollutants for thermal power plants were put forward. Important references to realize air pollutants control situation for thermal power plants and muti-pollutants control were offered.
