宁夏灵武2×600MW直接空冷系统优化研究

【摘要】 气象条件、厂址所处地形地貌和空冷平台周围建筑物的布置对空气冷凝器的换热效果有很大影响,严重影响汽轮机的背压,极端的情况会造成电厂停机。因此,对空冷系统进行模拟试验,了解各种因素对空冷系统换热效率的影响程度,对电厂设计和经济、安全运行十分必要。本文通过数值模拟给出宁夏灵武电厂自然风对空气冷凝器的影响规律,再结合当地的气象资料,对直接空冷系统的设计提供依据,并尽量减少不利状况对整个系统的影响。

【Abstract】 Meteorologic condition, plant position and building layout around the air-cooled flat will badly affect heat transfer effect of air-condenser and turbine backpressure, so far to induce the unit tripping out. So it is very important to air-cooled unit that simulation test and realizing all factors influence degree to air-cooled unit heat transfer efficiency. After numerical simulating, the paper lays out the influence rule that natural air affects the air condenser. According to the local meteorologic data, it supplies foundation to direct air-cooled unit design, and helps to reduce adverse influence to the whole unit.
