基于SIS平台的火电厂厂级在线负荷优化分配系统

【摘要】 为适应我国电力市场新的运作模式,针对火电厂单元机组间负荷优化分配问题,开发了在线负荷优化分配系统软件。该软件系统能够有效的对电厂机组进行在线负荷优化,提高了经济效益。建立了单元机组性能指标计算模型,并在线确定、在线修正机组煤耗特性曲线,为实现负荷优化分配提供可靠依据;负荷分配算法采用了等微增率法和线性规划法,并针对工程实际问题,进行了算法改进;详细介绍了厂级监控信息系统;基于一体化模型开发平台开发了负荷优化分配模型软件,并成功应用于工程实际,实践表明:该软件能够快速进行负荷优化分配,且通用性强。

【Abstract】 In order to adapt the new mode of electric power market and settle the problem of optimizing unit commitment, an on-line load optimal dispatch system is developed in this paper. The results show that this system can optimize the units of electric power plant effectively and improve the economic performance.The performance calculation model and the on-line fuel consumption curve of boiler-turbine unit are the basis for load optimal dispatch. The improved equal increment principle and the linear programming are adopted combining the engineering application. The supervisory information system are introduced in detail in this paper. The on-line load optimal dispatching system is developed base on integrated modular modeling system, and this system applies to engineering field successfully. The engineering results show that this system can optimize the load fast and has gained strong versatility
