运动参数的虚拟仪器的设计与仿真

【摘要】 虚拟仪器是虚拟现实技术在仪器领域的一种应用。它由计算机、仪器模块和软件3部分组成。它不仅能执行传统仪器的功能,而且,还能执行传统仪器所无法实现的许多功能。本文基于LABVIEW作为虚拟仪器的开发平台,尝试数据采集和处理,并应用MATLAB进行数据分析,通过对动态参数(速度、加速度、角速度、角加速度等)进行测量,从而提出了一种关于运动参数设计和仿真系统,包括数据的采集,信号的处理以及基于LABVIEW的虚拟仪器的界面设计。本文介绍了该系统的方案设计、软件支撑、开发平台、体系结构以及功能设计与实现。通过对系统的动态参数监测,可为其早期的故障诊断等做出依据。

【Abstract】 The virtual instrument is a virtual realistic technique .It is a kind of application in the instrument realm. It includes a calculator, an instrument mold piece and the software three constitutes. It can not only carry out the functions of the tradition instruments but also can carry out the functions that traditional instruments can’t. This paper adopts LABVIEW as the development flat, and tries data collections and disposals. Then it carries out the data analysis by MATLAB. For the dynamic parameters (speed, acceleration, angular velocity and angular acceleration, etc.), it puts forward a design and simulation system for the concerning motion parameters, which includes the data collection, the disposal of the signal and the interface design based on LABVIEW virtual instruments. This paper introduces the design method, the software support, the developing flat, the system structures and the function module design and realization. By monitoring the motion parameters, gist information can be offered for the premature fault diagnosis.
