新力电力公司脱硫项目方案优选及效益分析

【摘要】 我国发电主力仍以煤炭为主,大量的煤炭消耗由此引发环境保护上的一个大问题—二氧化硫的污染。目前,世界各国研究开发的烟气脱硫技术达200余种,但商业应用的不超过20种。工艺选定的流程不同,投资费用就有很大的差异。本文首先介绍了目前技术较为成熟、在电厂烟气脱硫中有一定应用的的脱硫工艺,根据建立指标体系的原则、方法电厂脱硫项目自身的特点,建立电厂脱硫工艺方案优选综合评价的指标体系。选用定量和定性相结合的方法,用层次分析法确定个指标体系的权重,建立模糊综合评价模型,对新力电力有限公司脱硫项目的集中工艺方案进行综合评价分析。在选定脱硫工艺后,对其环境效益和经济效益进行了分析。

【Abstract】 Our country generated electricity the main force still by the coal primarily, the massive coal consumption initiated in the environmental protection from this a major problem - sulphur dioxide pollution. At present, various countries research development’s haze desulphurization technology reaches 200 kinds, but the commercial use does not surpass 20 kinds. The craft designation’s flow is different, the investment expenses have the very big difference. This article first introduced the present technology is maturer, has certain application in the power plant haze desulphurization the desulphurization craft, according to the establishment indicator system’s principle, method power plant desulphurization project own characteristic, establishes the power plant desulphurization craft plan optimal quality synthetic evaluation the indicator system. Selects method which the quota and determines the nature of unifies, with the analytic hierarchy process determination indicator system’s weight, establishes the fuzzy quality synthetic evaluation model, carries on the quality synthetic evaluation analysis to the new strength electric power Limited company desulphurization project’s centralized craft plan. After designating the desulphurization craft, has carried on the analysis to its environment benefit and the economic efficiency.
