电网工程项目投标风险分析与对策研究

【摘要】 对于电网工程承包商来说,在电网工程进行投标阶段,合理的进行风险分析和评价,确定风险大小,来确定要不要参加投标,决定参加时,需要采用合理的方法对风险进行规避。本文在阐述风险管理相关理论知识的基础上,介绍影响风险大小的相关因素和风险分析的几种方法,以及电网工程项目自身的特点,建立一套适合电网工程项目投标风险评价的指标体系,用层次分析法和模糊综合评价相结合建立电网工程项目投标风险评价模型,通过对评价工程项目风险因素发生的概率和风险因素对工程项目的影响程度,确定项目投标风险的大小。结合一个具体的送变电公司的电网工程投标项目,对本文的研究思路进行实证分析。结合电网工程项目的特点和风险规避的相关理论知识,对电网工程项目投标风险的规避对策进行分析。
【Abstract】 In the power grid work tender stage, The grid project contractor what do rational risk analysis and evaluation, risk identification to determine whether or not to participate in the tender, decided to participate and the need for a rational approach to risk avoidance. In this paper, Author tell risk management related theoretical knowledge and impact on the size of the risk factors and risk analysis of several methods, and author tell us the power grid projects of their own characteristics, the establishment of a tender for power grid project risk evaluation index system used AHP and fuzzy comprehensive evaluation of the power grid project with the establishment of the tender risk assessment model. Through evaluation of the project the probability of the occurrence of risk factors and risk factors on the extent of the impact of the project to determine the size of the project tender risk. The paper study the Transmission and Distribution Project Bidding projects, and this study thinking empirical analysis. Power Grid project with the characteristics and the risks related to circumvent The theoretical knowledge of the power grid project tender countermeasures for avoiding risk to be taken analysis.
