电厂循环冷却水化学稳定处理试验研究

【摘要】 循环冷却水系统是电厂水量最大、水质最为复杂的用水系统,系统运行的稳定性对电厂安全经济运行具有重要影响。本论文结合国华余姚燃气发电厂循环冷却水系统特点和水质实际情况,通过动态模拟试验和旋转挂片试验考察了药剂种类、加入量、运行方式等因素对循环冷却水系统运行的影响;对药剂选型和药剂量进行了优化;得到了系统安全运行的化学稳定处理方案和极限浓缩倍率。试验结果显示:采用低磷、高阻垢性、高缓蚀性的缓蚀阻垢剂配方处理电厂的循环冷却水方案是可行的,论文结果为国华余姚燃气发电厂工程循环冷却水运行管理提出了切实可行的方案。

【Abstract】 Circulating cooling water is one of the most important and the most complicated consumption in power station. And the stability of operating system in power plant has an important impact on economic performance and safety.According to the actual circulating water quality of power plant.This article makes series of researches on the actual circulating water yreatment technique through dynamic simulation test and test-spin pegged in Yu Zao Power Plants.And the research concludes the effect factors and the water system style;concludes the concentrate rate and the run method ,and so on .The results of experiment to prevent scale and decelerate corrosion are summarized comprehensively. Scale and corrosion can be restrained effectively by treating circulating water by the reagent prescribed low phosphorus content and highly anti-scale and anti-corrosion components.
