新烟尘排放标准下吉林省燃煤电厂达标对策研究

【摘要】 由于GB13223-2003《火电厂大气污染物排放标准》的实施,提高了火电厂烟尘排放浓度的标准。为寻求吉林省燃煤电厂除尘器烟尘达标对策,我们首先对吉林省燃煤电厂除尘器进行了测试与调查,根据测试和调查结果分析并查找现有各除尘器存在的问题及原因。同时充分了解目前常用的如布袋除尘器等几种除尘器的应用情况及各自的特点,并对其进行了除尘器改造可行性论证。最后根据吉林省各火电厂除尘器的具体情况,有针对性地提出了吉林省目前未达标的水膜除尘器和电除尘器的烟尘达标对策,解决了吉林省火电厂在新标准下烟尘达标难题。

【Abstract】 The implementation of GB13223-2003 Emission Standard of Air Pollution for Thermal Power Plants elevates the standard level of soot emission intensity in thermal plants. In order to find standard-reaching strategies of soot emission for coal-fired power plants in Jilin Province, we firstly test and investigate precipitators in coal-fired power plants, based on the results of which, we analyze and discover problems existed in precipitators and reasons why soot emission can not reach the standard. Based on the adequate understanding of application conditions and respective characteristics of several common precipitators such as the bag-type dust collector, the feasibility of the precipitator transformation is argued. Finally, in accordance with concrete conditions of precipitators in different power plants, standard-reaching strategies aiming at the water-film precipitator and electro-precipitator in Jilin Province that are below the standard at present are put forward, which helps solve the problem that soot emission can not reach the new standard in Jilin Province thermal power plants.
