【摘要】 邯郸热电2×300MW拟建项目是基于综合效益的区域循环经济示范项目。本文从项目供热、发电、热源替代、缓解城市供热紧张局面、保护环境、节能减排、提高居民生活质量、促进邯郸热电产业升级,以及对于区域循环经济的影响等方面进行了效益的研究。该工程建设项目目前正处于启动前期工作阶段,所以本文的研究对于项目的前期工作有一定参考价值。更多还原

【Abstract】 The designed project of 2×300MW Handan thermoelectric is regional circular economy demonstrative project based on comprehensive benefit. The article researches form heating and power generation, heat source substitution, alleviating the tense heating aspect of the city, protecting environment, saving energy and reducing emission pollution, improving the resident quality of life, promoting the upgrade of Handan thermoelectricity industry, and the effect of regional circular economy. It is still being at the start initial stage. Therefore the research has certain reference value to the initial work of the project.更多还原
