【摘要】 本文主要研究电力建设项目中的人力资源管理问题,首先阐述了项目管理和人力资源的基本理论知识;然后详细论述了项目管理中的人力资源管理的基本概念、要素、理论、实施等重要问题,并分析了项目人力资源管理与一般职能人力资源管理的区别;文中还着重论述了团队建设问题,从项目经理的角度进行的论述,这样更能符合项目的特性;此后,本文结合电力建设项目的特点,分析了电力建设项目中的人力资源管理的特殊性;最后根据上述工作,建立了电力建设项目中的人力资源管理综合能力的评价指标体系,并运用模糊综合评价法和层次分析法相结合的原理,对电力建设项目的人力资源管理能力进行评价,因此本文的研究具有一定的理论和实际意义。更多还原
