中国文化强国战略中的媒体责任

【摘要】 胡锦涛主席在十六大的报告中突出强调了文化建设的重要性,十七大报告更是对文化建设、提高国家“文化软实力”给予了极端的重视,对兴起社会主义文化建设新高潮、推动社会主义文化大发展、大繁荣做出全面部署。“文化软实力”、“文化创造活力”、“文化生产力”、“文化产业群”等新名词也频频出现在十七大报告中。媒体,特别是主流媒体在中国文化强国战略的实现过程中应该担当起责无旁贷的历史任务。随着互联网的迅速崛起,作为一个新的传播技术彻底改变了传统的媒体生态环境。在新的媒介环境下,包括主流网站在内的中国主流媒体应该如何应对?采取何种姿态来迎接新媒体环境带来的机遇和挑战?本文试图通过对《人民日报》、人民网的有关中国文化强国战略内容报道的分析,从中找出主流媒体在中国文化强国战略宣传过程中的应对策略。

【Abstract】 President Hu was outstanding to emphasize cultural the importance of the construction in the report of 16th CPC National Congress .After that in the report of 17th CPC National Congress give to the culture(soft power) extreme of value, to rise socialism culture construction new hight that has ever had, pushing the development of socialism culture greatly, The new words such as : soft power of culture, the culture create vitality, cultural productivity, the cultural industries etc. The new terms also appears again and again in the report of 17th CPC National Congress Media, especially main-strem media should start to take this duty to bound history mission of the Chinese cultural strategica.Along with Internet quickly rising, this new communication technique changed traditional media ecosystem environment thoroughly. Under the new media environment, What should main-strem media do ? what choice to choose when they face on opportunity and challenge which the new media environment brings?This paper tries to find out the answer of how to build culture power nowadays by anlyseled the reports of people’s daily and people’s daily on line.
