中国网络伦理理论研究

【摘要】 从1995年我国互联网正式对公众开放到现在,12年的时间里我国的互联网得到了惊人的发展。网络的出现,欣喜伴随的烦恼。它让人们的沟通更加的快捷,使得人们的生活更加的方便和舒适,网络逐渐成了许多人的生活方式,更有人预言未来的社会就是一个网络化的社会。但它的出现同时也给人们带来了一系列的伦理难题:网络色情、黑客病毒、青少年网络依赖症、网恋等等。网络伦理学正是在这样的一个背景下应运而生。我国第一篇以“网络伦理”为关键字的论文发表于1997年,此后的10年间伴随的网络的发展,网络伦理的研究不论是量上还是质上都得到了大幅度的提高。本文的研究对象是这10年的网络伦理研究,从网络伦理的理论建构和应用研究两方面着手分析,理清我国网络伦理理论的发展脉络和特点。在理论建构维度上,以网络伦理的内涵、研究对象及网络伦理的建构原则为组成部分;在众多的应用研究方面,将选取网络犯罪和网络知识产权伦理这两个切入点进行分析。最后,在此基础上分析我国网络伦理研究这10年来的优点与不足,为以后研究提供一个视角,并共同建设一个安全而又和谐的网络环境。更多还原

【Abstract】 Since its availability to the public in China at 1995, the internet has been amazingly developed during the last twelve years. The development of internet has two sides on the society. It promotes the communication among people, making their lives more comfortable and convenience, and even changing their ways of living. Some predict the society will be connected by the network. On the other hand, the internet brought a series of social problems such as internet pornography, hackers and virus, internet addiction and virtual relationships.The research about internet ethics appeared under this background. The first article using internet ethics as a keyword in China was published at 1997. In the following decade, the research on this topic has been promoted both on quality and on quantity as the developing of internet. Here, I focus on the research of internet ethics during this decade. This thesis is constructed by the following sections. I start from analyzing the theoretical conception and application of internet ethics, followed by the time line and characteristic of the research on internet ethics. The theoretical aspect is constituted by the conception of internet ethics, the subjects of the research and the principles of constructing internet ethics. On the application view, I choose the internet crime and internet copyrights as two important samples. At last, I discuss the merits and flaws of the research on internet ethics during the last decade, providing intriguing ideas for further research to construct a safe and harmonic internet environment.更多还原
