档案历史联系的研究

【摘要】 档案历史联系是个比较抽象的概念,本论文将其放在档案学理论内核中进行研究,并利用概念结构分析和逻辑演绎的方法,对其基本属性、发展过程、概念结构、与理论体系中相关概念的关系,及其演化规律做了较全面的认识。基本构建起了一个较为完整和严密的对档案历史联系的认识体系。首先,本文从来源、形成、基本属性和作用四个方面对档案历史联系做了一般研究,认为档案历史联系来源于社会实践,形成于日常文件产生和处理的过程中,是人们认识的主观性和其本身客观性的统一,对其认识的加深会逐渐改变我们对档案结构的认识。接着,本文从哲学、史学,和档案学自身的不同角度,综合分析了档案历史联系的结构,阐述了档案历史联系从一维线性向三维立体结构发展的过程。并在结构思想的指导下,从文件的概念模型入手,最终推演出档案历史联系的概念本质及其结构。得到了“档案历史联系是对称存在于文件实体之间的社会实践关系”的结论。并由此顺理成章地对其本质及其他属性进行了研究和阐述。在完成了对档案历史联系的经验层次的独立分析后,笔者开始对其进行理论层次的研究,重点研究了档案历史联系作为档案学理论内核内在逻辑,与理论内核中的档案整理和档案整理原则的关系,得出“档案整理的实质就是对档案历史联系的整理”、也就是“对社会实践之间关系的信息整理”,并确认“档案整理应遵循历史原则”的结论。最后,在前文研究的基础上,根据“历史与逻辑一致性”的原理,着重分析了档案历史联系的进化规律和趋势,提出了:“档案历史联系将会不断地沿着由低级到高级、由简单到复杂、由一维向多维不断发展,逐渐逼近客观社会实践及其历史”的观点。更多还原

【Abstract】 As an abstract concept, archival historical relation is located into the core of the archives theory in this paper. With analysis of concept structure and the logical deduce, we study the attributes, development process, concept structure, evolution law, and the relationship between the other concepts in one theory system, and establish a complete and tight theory system about the archival historical relation.Firstly, through the research about the source, course, basic attributes, function of the archive, we think that archival historical relation is born from the social practice, and develop in the process of the daily files’ output. This is the integration of the subjectivism and the objectivity, which could deeper our mind about archive structure gradually.Secondly, with the various angles of philosophy, history, archives, we analyze the structure of the archival historical relation, and expound the development process of the archival historical relation from single line to three dimensions. At the same time, beginning with the file structure, we finally deduce the concept and the structure of the archive with the conduction of structure thought. And got the conclusion that ’archival historical relation is the social practice relation which exist in the files symmetrically. And explain the nature and other attributes to follow a rational line.After the independent analysis about the archival historical relation in the experience gradation, we do some; study about the relation between the archival historical relation which as the inner logic of the archives theory, archival arrangement, and archival arrangement principles in the theory layer. And think that the nature of the archival arrangement is the arrangement of the archival historical relation, or say, the information arrangement of the social practice relation. And confirm that archival arrangement needs historical principle.At last, at the base of the study before, according to the principle of history agree with the logic, we pay attention to the evolution and the law of the archival historical relation, and bring up the concept that: archival historical relation will close to the objective society practice from primary to senior, simple to perplexity, single line to three dimensions.更多还原
