大跨径混凝土斜拉桥施工过程仿真分析

【摘要】 预应力混凝土斜拉桥在我国应用范围非常广泛,现代大跨径斜拉桥的建造不仅推动了桥梁设计理论、结构分析以及施工技术的发展,同时也使大跨径斜拉桥的施工控制问题成为工程技术人员一个重要的研究课题。斜拉桥施工控制就是控制成桥状态时结构的内力和线形,以使斜拉桥的成桥状态充分满足设计期望,并保证施工过程中结构安全。斜拉桥施工控制仿真计算是实施施工控制的基础,斜拉桥施工控制仿真计算包含两个主要的方面:确定斜拉桥成桥状态和确定施工状态。斜拉桥成桥状态一直是人们关注和研究的重点。但是,在桥梁施工阶段,桥梁施工状态的确定因其直接关联着施工工艺和施工控制而显得更有实用价值,而且,最终实际的成桥状态也与桥梁施工状态有着密切的关联,所以,对桥梁施工状态进行深入的研究有着很现实的意义。本文结合忠县长江大桥工程,首先系统地分析了斜拉桥施工控制仿真计算的整体思路,并重点分析探讨了斜拉桥施工过程计算的理论,以及斜拉桥合理状态的确定,然后在介绍忠县长江大桥主桥施工过程的基础上,建立平面杆系有限元模型,模拟计算分析了全桥的施工过程,确定其合理成桥状态和施工状态,根据施工过程计算结果,对每一阶段结构的应力、变形进行分析。本文还建立空间有限元分析模型,对该桥进行动力特性分析,研究其抗震、抗风性能。

【Abstract】 There are a large number of prestressed concrete cable-stayed bridges in present China which have been completed or are being constructed, the building of the modern large-span cable-stayed bridge makes progress in the design theory of the bridges, structural analysis and the construction technology, meanwhile, it makes the construction control of the large-span cable stayed bridge become an important research topic.The construction supervision is making the cable-stayed bridge achieve the expectation just after construction through controlling the inner force and the line forms of the structure in constructing and constructed state and guarantees the security of constructing structures.The construction control simulation analysis of cable-stayed bridge is the foundation of the construction control, and it includes two parts: the determination of the finished bridge state and the determination of the construction state. The finished bridge state is one of the cable-stayed bridge research focuses.and in the course of constructing bridge, because the construction state directly concerns the construction techniques and the construction control, it shows out its much important practicality values. And because the finished bridge state associates directly with its construction state, so, it is very important to study how to obtain the proper bridge construction state.Making reference to the ZhongXian ChangJiang River Bridge construction, firstly, this paper studies the philosophy of the cable-stayed bridge construction control simulation analysis systematically, and pays much attention to the theory of simulating the construction process. Then on the basis of introducing the construction process of the ZhongXian ChangJiang River Bridge, a plane finite element analysis model for the construction process is established analyze the construction process simulation and make sure the rational finished bridge state and the rational constriction state. According to the construction analysis result, analyze structure stress and distortion of every construction stage. In this paper, I have established a three dimension finite element model for the bridge, to analyze dynamic characteristics and study the anti-seismic and anti-wind capacity of ZhongXian ChangJiang River Bridge.
