高性能清水混凝土实验分析与研究

【摘要】 目前,高性能混凝土是近期混凝土技术发展的主要方向,国外学者曾称之为21世纪混凝土。由于高性能混凝土具有综合的优异技术特性,特别适用于高层建筑、桥梁以及暴露在严酷环境中的建筑结构,这正好符合了清水混凝土的使用条件和使用性能。在我国,清水混凝土被广泛应用于桥梁、水工等结构,要求混凝土表面不经粉刷装饰直接裸露在空气中,对混凝土的外观质量及耐久性能具有较高的要求,这与高性能混凝土具有相同的性能要求。论文正是从高性能混凝土与清水混凝土两种混凝土所要求的性能的结合上进行了理论与试验研究,使高性能混凝土从设计到施工达到清水混凝土的效果,推动清水混凝土施工技术的发展。论文根据重庆新牌坊立交改造工程项目部提供的材料、施工条件以及重庆交通大学的试验设备,结合重庆市建委“《市政工程清水混凝土施工技术规程》编制(编号:城科字2007第6号)”课题广泛的收集了国内外的相关文献资料,参考国内有关的技术标准和工程实例,进行了大量的试验研究,并通过工程实践,全面总结了高性能清水混凝土的试验数据和施工工艺资料,系统的研究了混凝土的耐久性能和外观质量的施工控制措施。首先,论文从理论角度分析了高性能清水混凝土对拌合物工作性能及表面耐久性能的具体要求;其次,通过大量试验研究了混凝土拌合物的工作性能及影响因素和硬化混凝土的强度及耐久性能(抗渗性、抗冻性、耐盐蚀、耐酸蚀性能),并通过扫描电镜,从微观层次研究了混凝土的水化特征。文章从原材料选择、配合比设计和施工工艺等方面详细地介绍了高性能清水混凝土的质量控制措施,并具体的从模板工程、钢筋工程和混凝土浇筑等方面分析了影响混凝土外观质量缺陷的因素及质量控制措施,并介绍了混凝土的养护修补技术。文章的最后,根据本工程及国内工程实践经验,并参考国家相关规范给出了清水混凝土的质量验收标准,用以指导和规范清水混凝土工程的施工。课题组最后完成了重庆市《市政工程清水混凝土施工技术规程》(DBJ/T50-073-2008)的编制,并作为地方标准推荐使用。

【Abstract】 At preasent the high performance concrete is the main heading in development of concrete.Furthermore some foreign experts purport that it is the 21 century of concrete.Due to the high performance concrete have many excellent technical charcateristics which especially serves on the pile architectures,bridges and other structures that are exposed on the atrocious conditions,which accord with the use of qulification and performance of the fair-faced concrete.In our country,fair-faced concrete are ofen applied on bridges ,hydraulic structures and so on,which require the surface of concrete without stuck expose on the atmosphere.The fair-faced concrete require the appearance quality and durability of the concrete are highly enough,and it is just accord with the high performance concrete.This paper studied the combined performance of the both high performance concrete and fair-faced concrete in theory and practice. And that will make the performance concrete meet the requirements for the appearance from design to construction,and expecte this research can promote the development of construction technique of fair-faced concrete.Depends on the materials and construction conditions provides by the Chongqing XinPaiFang Interchange Modification Project items department,and the test equipments of Chongqing Jiaotong University, this paper collected many reference literature ,referred to other technology standards and engneering instances , carried on massive experimental studies for the research and taked part in an engineering construction project.This paper mainly summarized the data of tests and the construction technology of high performance fair-faced concrete,it also researched the durability and construction control measures of appearance quality of concrete.First,the paper analyzed work bility of fresh concrete and surface durability of high performance fair-faced concrete.Secondly,this paper studied the work perfermance as well as inflence factors of fresh concrete and the strength as well as durability(includes penetration resistance,anti-freezing feature,resistance of salt substance attack, resistance of sulfate attack) of hardening concrete,through scanning electricity physics test analysis, it also studied the performance characteristic from the microscopic level.The paper particularly illustrates the quality control measures of the high performance fair-faced concrete from raw materials choosing, proportioning,construction technology and so on ,with the exception of this ,it discussed the factors influenced appearance quality of concrete from formwork engineer,steel engineer,concrete casting and other aspects,in this part ,it also intruduced the maintenance and defect mending technology of concrete. In the end ,according to the engineering practicly experiments ,referenced correlative technical specification ,the paper brings forward the acceptance criteria of the fair-faced concrete,in order to guiding and regulating the construction of the fair-faced concrete. At last,the subject group finished the project—Chongqing“Technical specification for fair-faced concrete construction of municipal engineering(DBJ/T50-073-2008)”as a local standard.
