山区高速公路交通安全指标分析与安全评价研究

【摘要】 山区高速公路是全封闭、多车道、具有中央分隔带、全立体交叉、集中管理、控制出入、多种安全服务设施配套齐全的高标准汽车专用公路。具有行驶速度高,通行能力大、交通事故率低等特点。但由于山区高速公路交通量大、车速高,一旦发生交通事故,往往是重大以上事故,甚至是特大恶性事故,一次事故殃及车辆数多、伤亡率高,易在处理中造成大面积交通阻塞。论文从系统的思想考虑,首先参照一般评价体系的建立原则,确定建立山区高速公路交通安全系统评价体系的原则;其次,通过对山区高速公路交通安全系统特性及构成进行分析,采用定性与定量结合的方法选取山区高速公路交通安全系统评价体系的评价指标;最后,对评价指标作量化处理,并用层次分析法确定各项评价指标的权重。对安全评价所需的指标进项量化处理,采用模糊数学方法,建立山区高速公路交通安全系统评价的二级模糊综合评价模型,对山区高速公路交通安全性进行综合评价。最后通过金丽温高速公路的实例分析,证明对于所建立的评价体系和模型的研究具有较强的实用价值。

【Abstract】 Montane highway is completely closed, multi-lane, with central median, the entire interchange, centralized management, access control, multiple security services facilities complete high standards for road vehicles. A high-speed highway traffic, the characteristics of large capacity, low accident rate. However, as highway traffic volume, high speed, in case of a traffic accident is often more major accidents, and even serious accidents, an accident affecting the number of vehicles, the high rate of casualties, in the handling of the easy causing widespread traffic congestion.From a systemic thinking, consult with the principles of setting up a conunonly evaluation system, the principles of setting up the Mountain Highwaysafety evaluation system was confirmed at first, then, through the analysis of the characteristic and the structure of Montane Highway safety system, chosen the indexes by a conjoint way of integrated the qualitative and quantitative, at last, made the indexes quantifiable and assured the proportion of every index by AHP After this, the Montane Highway safety evaluation was set up.After assured the quantitative indexes, fuzzy math way was chosen to set up a two-grade fuzzy synthetical evaluation model of Montane Highway safety system to evaluate the running safety of a traffic tunnel. At last, the practically value of the study of the founded evaluation system and the evaluation model were proved by the example of Jin Liwen Highway
