基于PCI总线的汽车电子控制器开发装置功率模块设计方法研究

【摘要】 汽车工业作为我国国民经济发展的重要支柱产业,即将步入持续快速发展时期。汽车电子技术的飞速发展和对汽车技术进步的影响有目共睹,正成为支持汽车工业发展的相对独立的新兴支柱产业,并将形成巨大的经济规模效应。我国的汽车电子产业在新技术的自主研发上与国外先进水平还存在很大的差距,因此国内自主研发的汽车品牌很少,大多都是直接应用国外的电子控制技术或者使用国外的电子控制器开发平台进行设计,成本高,研发周期长,难以在短期内形成规模,资金周转不灵,不利于企业的发展。为了国内汽车电子技术的迅速发展,我们需要依靠自主研发的汽车电子控制器的开发装置。汽车电子控制器开发装置在电子控制器的研发方式上采用了软硬件协同开发的设计模式,开发装置的软件平台上集成了图形编辑器,控制算法数据库和机器代码自动生成等功能;硬件平台上采用了模块化的思想,设计大量标准化的功能模块供硬件工程师选择和组合,从而帮助电子控制工程师在设计硬件电路、控制算法和软件编程的过程中降低工作难度,提高效率,并且能在很大程度上缩短电子控制器产品的周期,提高产品的质量和可靠性,另外使用自主的汽车电子控制器开发装置能大大地降低研发成本,使新产品迅速形成规模走向市场,进而推动企业进一步的发展。文章研究了汽车电子控制器开发装置的现状及背景,提出了汽车电子控制器开发装置的设计理念和总体方案。文章主要对开发装置的PCI总线管理模式和硬件平台的设计方案作了介绍,详细说明了硬件平台中基于CPCI总线的功率输出功能模块的硬件电路设计方法。

【Abstract】 The automotive industry took our country national economy development the important pillar industry, soon marches into continues to develop the time fast. The automotive electronic technologic rapid development is obvious to all to the automotive technology advancement influence, is becoming the support automotive industrial development the relatively independent emerging pillar industry, and will form the huge economical scale effect. Our country’s automotive electronic industry also has the very big disparity in the new technical independent research and development with the overseas advanced level, therefore the domestic independent research and development automotive brand are very few, mostly all is the direct application overseas electronic control technology or use overseas electronic controller development platform to carry on the development, the cost is high, the research and development cycle is long, in a short time forms the scale with difficulty, the fund turnover difficultly, make against the development of the enterprise. For the domestic automotive electronic technical rapid development, we need to depend upon the independent research and development the automotive electronic controller development installation.The automotive electronic controller development equipment used the software and hardware coordination development pattern in the electronic controller research and development way, in the development equipment software platform integrated the graph editor, control algorithm database and machine code automatic production, in the hardware platform has used the modular thought, established massive standardized the function module to choose and assemble for hardware engineer, thus help electronic control engineer in the process which the design hardware electric circuit, the control algorithm and the software programmed reduces the work difficulty, enhanced the efficiency, and could reduce the cycle of electronic controller product to a great extent, enhanced the product the quality and the reliability, moreover the use of independent automotive electron controller developement equipment to be able to reduce the cost greatly, causes the new product to form the scale to move towards the market rapidly, then impetus enterprise further development.The article has studied the present situation and the background of automotive electronic controller development equipment, proposed the automotive electronic controller development equipment design idea and the overall concept. Mainly to develop the installation hardware platform the design proposal to make the introduction, introduced in the hardware platform in detail based on the CPCI main line power output function module hardware circuit design and the driver development.
