硅藻土材料对沥青混合料性能的影响

【摘要】 要提高沥青混凝土路面的使用性能,必须从改善沥青等基础材料路用性能和改善沥青混合料的性能来着手,而本文的研究力图通过大量的试验分析和施工验证,证明硅藻土作为改性材料,对沥青及沥青混合料能够起积极、有效的作用。本文先通过数据分析和工地试验介绍了硅藻土的特性和其改性沥青混合料的应用现状,然后就在大量试验结果及分析的基础上,对于硅藻土改性沥青胶浆的流变特性和微观机理进行了探讨。接着,采用同样的研究方案,作了沥青混合料的高温性能、低温性能、水稳定性能、疲劳性能和抗老化性能等的对比试验,进行硅藻土改性沥青混合料的路用性能评价,同时,对SBS、APAO、废旧橡胶粉与硅藻土改性沥青混合料性能进行试验比较。最后,结合试验路的铺筑和依托工程实际,讨论了间歇式拌和机与连续式拌和机的硅藻土掺配方法和质量控制等,进行了硅藻土改性沥青路面经济分析。从本文的研究成果,可以得出令人信服的结论,基于对沥青及其混合料性能的明显改善作用,硅藻土改性剂可以广泛应用于改性沥青路面的施工,生产出典型的高密度、高稳定、极低的渗透性和沥青硬化增长率的沥青路面,可极大提高沥青路面的高温抗车辙、低温抗裂和抗水损害的能力,延长路面使用寿命,硅藻土改性沥青混凝土路面性能价格比较高,而且可采用现有的施工成套技术和设备,具有广阔的推广应用前景。

【Abstract】 To improve the use of asphalt concrete pavement performance, we must improve basic materials such as asphalt pavement performance and improve the performance of asphalt mixture. In this paper it is vertified that as modified materials, diatomite plays a positive and effective role to asphalt and asphalt mixture through a large number of test analysis and construction experience. First ,this article introduce the characteristics of diatomite and the application Status of its modified asphalt mixture by the data analysis and test site on . Second, discussing the rheological properties and microscopic mechanism of the modified asphalt cement of diatomite on the basis of the large number of test results and analysis. Then, using the same research program, finishing the comparation test of high-temperature asphalt mixture performance, low temperature performance, stability of water, fatigue performance and anti-aging properties, and road performance of diatomite modified asphalt mixture was evaluated. At the same time, SBS, APAO, scrap rubber powder and diatomite modified asphalt mixture performance were comparatively test. Finally, test the paved road and relying on engineering practice, discussing the diatomite blending methods and quality control of intermittent mixing machine and the continuous mixing,analyzing the economic effect of diatomite Modified Asphalt Pavement . Results from this study ,a convincing conclusion can be drawn, based significant improvement of performance on asphalt and its mixture ,diatomite modifier can be widely used in modified asphalt road construction, typical high-density, high stability, low permeability and the growth rate of asphalt hardened asphalt pavement can be produced. The abilty of high-temperature rutting, low temperature cracking and anti-water damage can be greatly improved,extending pavement life. Diatomite Modified Asphalt Concrete Pavement has a higher cost performance and a broad application prospects,because of the existing technology and complete sets of construction equipment,
