广西地区全厚式沥青路面材料与力学性能研究

【摘要】 近年来,半刚性基层沥青路面的使用大幅度推动了我国高速公路的发展,但是近十年来我国高速公路的使用实践表明,半刚性基层沥青路面在客观上仍有一些不可避免的技术问题需要解决和改进。普遍存在的技术和质量问题主要表现在两个方面,即路面的耐久性和路面的早期破坏,现在我国铺筑的半刚性基层路面大部分不能达到预定的设计期限。沥青稳定碎石属柔性基层材料,它具有较高的抗剪强度、抗弯拉强度和耐疲劳性,与半刚性基层相比,则不易产生收缩开裂和水损害。本文参照国外对大粒径沥青混合料的研究成果,对沥青稳定碎石基层材料的力学特性和路用性能进行研究,并对全厚式沥青路面的路面结构进行了力学计算分析。首先,分析了我国半刚性基层沥青路面存在的问题及原因,提出了具有沥青稳定碎石这样一种柔性基层沥青路面,并阐述了目前国内外在这一领域的研究成果。其次,分析了沥青混合料和沥青稳定碎石组成结构特性以及强度构成机理,确定沥青稳定碎石的组成设计和最佳油石比。再次,通过大量的室内试验对沥青稳定碎石混合料的力学特性、水稳定性能、高温稳定性进行了试验研究。最后,在前面试验研究的基础上,通过三维有限元模型分析了具有柔性基层沥青路面的结构受力特性,通过与半刚性基层沥青路面结构受力的对比分析,对全厚式沥青路面结构设计方法进行了探讨,对以后进行这类路面的结构设计有一定的借鉴意义。通过研究,得出沥青稳定碎石拥有优良的路用性能,并且全厚式沥青路面结构受力优于半刚性基层沥青路面。

【Abstract】 In recent years, with the rapid development of our country highway traffic, the traffic volume is increasing constantly, the overload and fully-loaded vehicles are taking an increasing proportion in the whole traffic, the channel-oriented traffic is arising, and the early disruptive phenomenon is becoming more and more serious. But according to the research of both domestic and abroad, coarse bituminous mixture can raise the rut-resist ability of the pavement but not weaken other properties. Referring to the fruit of foreigners’study of the coarse bituminous mixture, this essay will not only study the mechanic features and road property of the material of the bituminous stabilized crushed stones base-course, but also will do the dynamic analysis of the pavement structure with bituminous stabilized crushed stones base-course.Firstly, analyzed the problem and causes of our country’s highway that exists at present time, raised bituminous pavement with such a flexible base-course of bituminous stabilized crushed stones and describe the fruit of foreigners’study in this area.Secondly, analyzed the structural constitute properties and intense form mechanics of bituminous mixtures and bituminous stabilized crushed stones, through applying the design method of inlaying multi-grades, has proposed the gradation with skeleton inlay structure, and has studied the design method of mixture match ratio.Thirdly, through a great number of indoor tests, has done research on the properties of bituminous stabilized crushed stones mixtures such as the mechanic characteristic, the high temperature deform-resisted, and water stability and so on.Finally, on the basis of experimental study above mentioned, have analyzed the structural strength properties of the flexible base-course bituminous pavement by using the three-dimensional finite element. Compared the structural strength with semi-rigid bituminous pavement, go on the discussion to the structural design method of full-depth bituminous pavement, which has its significance in such kind of pavement structural design in future.According to the research, we can get the result that bituminous stabilized crushed stones have excellent performance, and the structural strength of full-depth bituminous pavement is better than semi-rigid bituminous pavement.
