广西地区混合式基层沥青路面材料与力学性能研究

【摘要】 中国长期以来一直使用半刚性基层,但是在使用过程中发现了很多问题,如车辙、冲刷、翻浆、唧泥、拥包等等,这让广大的道路工程师们不得不寻求一种基本能解决这些问题的新型基层结构,而根据国内外研究表明,大粒径沥青碎石混合料能提高路面的抗车辙能力,同时又不削弱其他方面的性能。本文依托广西壮族自治区交通厅项目《广西公路沥青路面实体结构技术参数和结构形式合理选定试验研究》课题,引入混合式基层沥青路面结构,重点对该结构中沥青稳定碎石基层进行研究,参照国内外对大粒径沥青碎石混合料的研究成果,通过大量的室内试验对沥青稳定碎石基层材料的组成特性、组成设计和路用性能进行研究,并采用三维有限元的方法对混合式基层沥青路面结构与半刚性基层沥青路面结构受力特性的进行了对比分析,通过试验路对广西地区采用混合式基层沥青路面这种路面结构形式进行了初步的探讨。研究得出沥青稳定碎石拥有优良的路用性能,并且混合式基层沥青路面结构受力优于半刚性基层沥青路面结构,值得在广西地区逐步开展推广。

【Abstract】 China has long been the use of semi-rigid base, but the process of discovery in the use of a lot of issues, such as rutting, erosion, Frothing, jack mud, Yong packages and so on, so that the general road engineers had to find a solution to these basic the new infrastructure, according to Chinese and foreign research shows that large-size gravel asphalt pavement mixture can enhance the ability of anti-rut, without weakening other aspects ofthe performance.This paper relies on the Guangxi Zhuang Autonomous Regional Communications Department, the project "Guangxi highway asphalt pavement structure entities technical parameters and structure reasonable selected pilot project on" the study, the introduction of mixed asphalt pavement structure, and focus on the structure of asphalt stabilized gravel on the grass-roots level, the light domestic and foreign large-size gravel asphalt mixture research results through a large number of laboratory tests on asphalt stabilized gravel base material of the composition, design and composition of pavement performance studies using 3D finite element method mixed - asphalt pavement structure and semi-rigid structure of the asphalt pavement of the characteristics of a comparative analysis of the way through the test by the Guangxi region mixed asphalt pavement surface structure of this form of a preliminary discussion.Studies asphalt stabilized gravel has excellent road performance, and mixed asphalt pavement structure of the semi-rigid than asphalt pavement structure, it is gradually carried out in the Guangxi region to promote.
