夏热冬冷地区围护结构节能技术及经济分析

【摘要】 夏热冬冷地区,四季分明,气候变化大。夏天高温炎热,冬季寒冷,室内热环境质量较差。如何通过改善建筑围护结构热工性能,使建筑物具有良好的室内热舒适,以减少对人工冷热源的依赖,降低建筑耗能成为急需研究的课题。建筑节能的目的是在保证建筑使用功能和满足室内热环境质量条件下,尽可能的减少能耗。建筑节能措施都是先从改善围护结构性能开始,因此本文首先对夏热冬冷地区的建筑能耗构成和建筑热过程进行分析,根据夏热冬冷地区的气候特征,分析了建筑外墙、建筑外窗等围护结构的热工性能对采暖、制冷能耗的影响。根据不同围护结构的技术要求,综合介绍了外墙、屋面、外窗、遮阳等各类围护结构的常见节能技术措施及热工性能。然后论文以杭州地区为例,通过对新建建筑节能方案及既有建筑的节能改造,分别建立模型,利用DOE-2IN软件进行动态模拟能耗计算,量化各围护结构的节能效果,通过对方案可行性的论证及节能指标的验算,充分体现出节能经济效益的最大化,并对模拟计算的结果分析比较,确定本地区各围护结构节能设计方案的最佳选择。本文希望通过对围护结构节能问题的研究,针对目前不断出现的外围护结构新的建筑节能技术、产品和材料,在检验围护结构节能技术方案是否达到节能设计规范要求的同时,从技术性能、经济效益和社会效果等三方面对节能技术方案进行综合性评价和比较。

【Abstract】 In Hot Summer and Cold Winter Zone the climate change Obviously and four seasons are divided. It’s hot in summer and cold in winter, the indoor environment quility is poor. It’s become a much-needed construction on the subject that how to improve the building envelope of thermal properties, so that the building has a good indoor thermal comfort, to reduce the dependence of cold and heat source and reducing energy consumption. Residential energy-saving purpose is to ensure that the use of architectural features and meet the hot indoor environmental quality conditions, as much as possible to reduce energy consumption.Building energy efficiency measures first began from the building envelope performance improving. This thesis first consumptions the building energy structure and construction of a thermal process in. According to the climate characteristics in Hot Summer and Cold Winter Zone windows outside the building envelope, such as the thermal properties of the impact of energy consumption. According to different technical requirements of the building envelope, comprehensive introduction to the external walls, roof, windows, shading, and other retaining structure of the common energy-saving technologies and measures thermal performance. This was followed by papers in Hangzhou area as an example, through the construction of new energy-saving programme and the energy transformation of existing buildings, were established model, using D0E-2IN dynamic simulation software to calculate energy consumption, to quantify the effect of energy saving building envelope, through the programme feasible The demonstration of energy-saving targets and the checking, to give full expression to the maximization of economic efficiency energy-saving and simulation analysis and comparison of the results to determine the region of the envelope energy-saving design the best choice.This thesis hopes of retaining structure on energy issues, emerging view of the current structure of the external security of the construction of new energy-saving technologies, products and materials, the inspection envelope energy-saving technologies to achieve energy-saving programme is the design specifications, from the technical performance , Economic efficiency and social effects of energy-saving technologies, such as the face of the tripartite programme of comprehensive evaluation and comparison.
