水泥混凝土增强耐磨剂及其性能研究

【摘要】 针对目前路面水泥混凝土弯拉强度较低和耐磨性较差的问题,本文通过理论分析及试验研究,复配矿粉、钢渣和硅灰,研发出具有增强耐磨功能的复合型矿物外加剂——增强耐磨剂。在混凝土中掺入增强耐磨剂后,水泥混凝土达到本文提出的弯拉强度6.5~7.5MPa、强度等级C50以上、单位面积磨损量不大于1.10kg/m~2的要求,实现了路面水泥混凝土高强耐磨高性能化的目的。本文对掺增强耐磨剂的水泥混凝土的力学性能、收缩性能以及耐久性能进行系统的研究,并与基准混凝土进行对比研究分析。最后,本文通过X-射线衍射和扫描电镜显微试验研究分析了掺增强耐磨剂的水泥混凝土的微观特征,探讨增强耐磨剂提高混凝土强度和耐磨性的作用机理。

【Abstract】 By theory analysis and experimental research, this paper developed a strength and abrasion-resistance enhancement admixture which was mixed with ground granulate blast furnace slag, steel slag and silica fume. Cement concrete mixed with the admixture can meet the demands of strength and abrasive performance which was put forward by this paper. This paper did the further research on mechanics, shrinkage and durability performance of the cement concrete mixed with strength and abrasion-resistance enhancement admixture and compared these performances with the compared concrete. After that, micro-performance of the cement concrete mixed with strength and abrasion-resistance enhancement admixture was also be studied by the methods of XRD and SEM.
