【摘要】 为了提高房地产开发企业供应链的可靠性,保证供应链管理目标的实现,本文将供应链风险管理理论与房地产开发企业自身特点结合起来,在大量文献研究和实例研究的基础上,对供应链风险的概念、分类以及特点进行了归纳,总结了国内外供应链管理与供应链风险管理方面的研究现状,阐述了Celestica公司和爱立信公司供应链风险管理的经验对我国房地产开发企业在供应链风险管理方面的启示,建立了一套完整的房地产开发企业供应链风险管理方法。该办法包括三个步骤,首先采用德尔菲法对房地产开发企业的供应链风险进行识别,将理论知识、实践经验、信息资料和方法技术有机的结合在一起,全面的了解企业所面临的种种风险,然后采用模糊综合评价的方法对识别出来的供应链风险进行评价,确定风险事件发生的概率、风险事件发生的后果和损失、各个风险事件之间的相互影响以及供应链整体风险水平能否被接受,最后对房地产开发企业的供应链风险进行风险规划、风险控制和风险监视。制定供应链风险的规避策略、实施的措施和手段,采取果断的措施,消除风险给企业造成的影响,恢复供应链的正常状态,实现供应链管理的预订目标,并对企业的供应链风险实行实时监控,预防风险的发生。达到事前预防、事中监控、事后总结的房地产开发企业供应链风险管理的目的,全面、有效的解决企业供应链所存在的种种风险。更多还原

【Abstract】 The paper’s purpose is to improve the reliability of the real estate enterprise’s supply chain, ensure the implementation of supply chain management objectives. Based on the research of a lot of documents and cases, the paper integrates the theory of supply chain risk management and the real estate enterprise’s own characteristics, summarizes the concept, classification and characteristic of supply chain risk, sums up the status in quo of domestic and foreign research on supply chain management and supply chain risk management, represents the enlightenments to the aspect of our country’s real estate enterprise’s supply chain risk management by the experiences of Celestica Electronics and L.M.Ericsson and finally sets up a integrated set of method of the real estate enterprises’ supply chain risk management.The method that designed by the paper includes three steps. First of all, identifies the supply chain risk by the Delphi Method, systematically links the theories, experiences, information and technologies, and conducts a comprehensive understanding of various risks faced by the enterprise. And then, evaluates the risks by the Fuzzy Comprehensive Evaluation Method, assures the probability, consequences, loss and interaction of each risk incident and whether the whole risk level of supply chain can be accepted. Finally, conducts risk programming, control and monitoring, develops risk avoidance strategies and implementation means, takes decisive measures to get rid of the impact, resumes the normal status of supply chain, implements the planned objectives, executes real-time monitoring on the enterprise’s supply chain risk to prevent the risk, solves the various risks of supply chain faced by the enterprise comprehensively and effectively, achieves the goal of real estate enterprise’s supply chain risk management that includes prevention, monitoring and summarizing.更多还原
