高师与中学生物学教育适切度的研究

【摘要】 随着新课程改革的全国范围的推行,高等师范大学培养的教师有没有受到适切的训练。针对生物学科,高师生物教育专业的师范生能否适应中学生物学教育的需要,这是生物现代教育中面临的一个大课题。本论文先通过对相关著作和文献的分析,提炼出中学生物学教师专业素质的要求,主要包括生物学教师道德素养要求、专业素养要求、教育教学技能素养要求三个方面。结合对教师专业素质要求反思高师生物教育专业师范生培养现状及分析,并对一线中学生物学教师及领导进行问卷调查和访谈调研,最后从中学生物学教师的道德素养、专业素养、教育教学技能素养三个方面来分析,结合问卷和访谈调查结果,得出当前高师对师范生的“道德素养-专业素养-教育教学技能素养”三方面的培养上与中学生物学教育是否适切的科学结论,并对完善生物教育专业师范生的培养提出意见和建议。

【Abstract】 Because of the new course reforming, whether the teachers graduated from normal universities have accepted pertinent training. Aiming at Biology, whether the students major in Biology Education can adapt middle school biology education, which is a big topic that the living creature faces in the modern education.This thesis passes the analysis to the full text work and the cultural heritage firstly, refining the request of the professional characters of biology teachers in middle schools. Mainly including three aspects, that is teacher’s moral cultivated manners of biology to request, the professional cultivated manners request, the education teaching technical ability cultivated manners request. Combine to the teacher’s professional characters’request, we analyzed the present conditions of teaching in normal universities. And to a glimmer of biology teaching in middle schools, the teacher and leadership carry on the questionnaire and the interview investigation. Combining the questionnaire and interview inquisition, the end is from the three aspects , "the morals cultivated manners- professional cultivated manners- the teaching technical ability cultivated manners" , that whether is pertinent with biology teaching in normal universities. Than we can get a conclusion scenically. At last, I put the opinions and suggestions to make biology teaching of normal universities perfect.
