聚氯乙烯树脂溶剂型可剥性塑料的研制

【摘要】 溶剂型可剥性塑料是一类以塑料为主体成膜材料,以隔绝侵蚀介质为防锈机理的防锈材料。由于其优良的防锈性能和对基体无污染,在防护领域中有着广阔的应用前景。本文根据溶解度参数相近的原理,对可剥性塑料的主要成膜物质进行选择,并对混合溶剂进行复配。采用聚氯乙烯树脂为成膜物质,环己酮和四氢呋喃作为溶剂。采用均匀试验和正交试验相结合的方法对研制过程进行设计。先通过均匀试验对产品的组成进行优化,再经正交试验优化得到主要配方。两种试验方法的结合提高了试验效率,减少了试验次数,缩短了研制周期。主要配方为(质量比):PVC 66~72;DBP 20~22;SBS 2~3;活性纳米级碳酸钙7.5~8.5;羊毛脂6~7;环己酮165~180:四氢呋喃132~144。将交流阻抗测试技术应用到研究溶剂型可剥性塑料的耐蚀性能中。结果表明,交流阻抗测试技术和传统浸泡试验之间具有相关性,但前者具有更高的可靠性,涂层的耐蚀性能随着其阻抗值的增大而增强,涂层的交流阻抗值大小反映了其耐蚀性能的好坏。涂层厚度为50μm左右时,耐蚀性价比较高;含有6~7(质量比)复合型缓蚀剂A的涂层,其耐蚀效果最佳。研究了热稳定剂对涂层耐高温性能的影响。结果表明,含有4.35~5(质量比)双酚A和2.9~3.5(质量比)亚磷酸三乙酯(TEP)的涂层,在115℃下经过6h高温仍易剥离,且涂层变色轻微。对所得聚氯乙烯树脂溶剂型可剥性塑料进行了耐酸、碱、盐溶液的浸泡试验,交流阻抗测试,极化曲线测试,耐湿热、耐低温、柔韧性和冲击强度等性能测试。结果表明,所得产品具有优良的耐化学试剂性能,良好的绝缘效果和优异的物理性能。

【Abstract】 Separable plastic, containing plastic as main film components, is a kind of antirust material by isolating corrosive medium. It is used widely in anticorrosion for its excellent antirust ability and no pollution.Research is carried out in accordance with the principle of co-positions on approximate solubility parameters. According to the principle, PVC has been selected as the main materials to form the film, and the mixed solvents have been built between cyclohexanone and tetrahydrofuran. With the combination of the uniform experiment and the orthogonal experiment, the whole process has been designed properly: the primary optimum composition of the product has obtained during the first stage; in the orthogonal experiment better product has been produced. The combination of the two kinds of tests design methods improves the efficiency greatly, and makes the test times decreased enormously. The optimal composing (quality proportion) are as follows: PVC 66-72; DBP 20-22; SBS 2-3; nano active CaCO3 7.5-8.5; corrosion inhibitor 6-7; cyclohexanone 165-180; tetrahydrofuran 132-144.Since the EIS resistance reflects the film’s corrosion resistance, the electrochemical impedance spectroscopy (EIS) test was adopted to research the corrosion resistance of the separable plastic. The results obtained by EIS test were accordance with that of the traditional soak tests. The corrosion resistance of the film gets strengthening with the increasing of the film’s EIS resistance. 50μm is the optimum thickness of film for the best capability/price Ratio of corrosion resistance and the best corrosion resistance of film is the one which contains 6-7 (quality proportion) multiplex corrosion inhibitor A.The film obtained by mixing 4.35-5(quality proportion), double phenol A and 2.9-3.5(quality proportion) triethyl-phosphite could be peeled of easily after heated 115℃for 6 hours, and the film changes color slightly.The tests of withstanding acid, alkali, salt, damp-heat, low temperature resistance, EIS, polarization curve, fiexility and impact strength of the PVC-separable cold type plastic product show that the product has outstanding resistance of chemical reagent, good insulated effect and great mechanical characters.
