继电保护整定与管理系统可视化平台的研发

【摘要】 随着电力系统和计算机技术的迅猛发展,开发具有友好人机交互界面、可移植性强、可扩展性强的电力系统可视化平台成为电网分析计算研究的重要课题之一。电力系统可视化平台不仅要为各种电力系统分析程序提供一个良好的图形平台,并且能给这些分析程序提供一个强大的数据库支持。利用COM组件与功能强大的Matlab工程计算软件的结合大大提高了平台效率。本文针对电力系统定值管理现状和电力系统对继电保护水平的要求,设计开发了继电保护整定管理系统可视化平台。该平台能够方便地绘制系统接线图以及录入设备信息参数,并对所绘制系统进行电力系统故障分析、继电保护整定计算、局部系统并网可行性分析、动作信息管理、保护配置管理、以及数据和定值单管理等电网运行工作。旨在减少继电保护人员的工作量,使分析数据更加精确,在一定程度上提高电网运行的安全可靠性。文章首先对电力系统可视化平台的整体结构进行设计,根据三层结构思想划分出各个功能模块并对各个模块具体功能进行设计。其次使用面向对象编程思想,应用状态设计模式完成图形编辑功能。图形数据存储至二进制文件,设备信息参数录入至Access2007数据库中。数据库开发基于CIM标准,为平台的升级提供了便利条件。拓扑数据采用智能连接线技术来获取,符合CIM对网络拓扑模型的描述。计算模块则利用COM组件打包Matlab分析计算程序实现快速计算。本文对继电保护整定管理系统可视化平台进行了完整的结构设计,对其所设计的功能较全面地完成了开发。此平台仍有需要改进和完善之处,由于实现方法严格遵守三层架构原则,各个模块之间耦合度很低,为平台的升级开发打下了坚实基础。

【Abstract】 Along with the rapid development of power system and computer technology, researches on power system visual platform which has friendly man-machine interfaces and good features of portability and expansibility becomes one of the important subjects in area of power system analysis and calculation. Power system visual platform not only can provide a good graphic platform, but also be able to provide a powerful database supports for those analysis program. Combining with COM component and powerful Matlab engineering calculation software may enhance efficiency greatly.According to present situation of power system setting management and requirements of power system to relay protection level, this paper design and develop a visual platform for relay protection setting management system. This platform can draw system wiring diagram and input equipments data parameters conveniently, and it also can do power system operation work of the drawn system, including power system fault analysis, relay protection setting calculation, local system merging into power system feasibility analysis, protection motion information management, protection configuration management, data and setting table management. It aims at to reduce workload of relay protection operators, make analysis data more accurate and improve the operation safe reliability of the electric wire netting to a certain extent.Firstly this paper designs the overall structure of power system visual platform, use the 3-tier construction to marks of the function modules, and then design the concrete functions of each module.Secondly, it uses the Object-Oriented Programming technology and state design pattern to implement the diagram edit function. Diagram data stores into some binary files, and equipments information and parameters store into Access2007 database. Database development bases on CIM standard, which provides convenient condition to platform upgrade. Topological data is acquired using intelligent link line technique, which coincides with the description of CIM net topological model. Calculation module use COM component packing Matlab analysis calculation program to implement fast calculation.This paper integrally designs the structure of relay protection setting management system visual platform, and develop most of the functions. There also exists some details need to improve and perfect of this platform. Because of the implementation method strictly abides by the principle of 3-tier construction, the degree of coupling among the module is very low, which builds a massy foundation for platform upgrade and development.
