【摘要】 学科是培养人才的摇篮,是科学研究的基地,是高等学校得以存在和发展的基础,世界一流大学之所以著名,在很大程度上在于拥有一流的学科。高等学校的特色、竞争优势和学术声誉,是通过学科的水平来体现的,高等学校的人才培养、科学研究和社会服务这三大功能的实现也必须通过学科这个平台来完成。各个高等学校和高等学校中各个学科对科学发展趋势的关注,对研究制定学科发展规划的慎重,对人才培养质量的重视,对一流人才、经费及设备等资源的竞争,从根本上说,都是为了提高学科的投入产出效率。学科评价是学科科学管理、保证学科建设质量、提高投入产出效率的重要环节。本论文应用已在管理科学等多个领域成功运用的数据包络分析理论来探索高等学校管理学科投入产出效率评价方法,可以全面、客观的认识管理学科投入产出效率现状,发现被评单位管理学科的差距和优势,促进管理学科建设与发展,具有一定的现实意义。最后,结合一些具体学校的管理学科建设的实际数据,运用已建立的模型进行了评估分析,以检验该模型的实践应用情况。更多还原

【Abstract】 Discipline is the cradle of personnel training, scientific research base, is the existence and development of colleges and universities can be the basis, the first-class disciplines contribute a lot to the outstanding of first-class universities around the world. The characteristics, competitive predominance, and academic reputation of a university are all exerted through its disciplines .The favorable operation of the three functions of a university, namely the talent cultivation, competitive predominance, and social service should be realized through a discipline platform. The ongoing concerns to the scientific development trend ,the caution to the discipline development plan, the emphasis to the personnel training quality, and the competition to various resources such as talents, outlay and equipment, are all targeted at the improvement of disciplinary of the efficiency of input-output. Discipline is the evaluation of scientific management disciplines to ensure that discipline construction quality, increase input and output efficiency of the important links. This paper has been applied in the management of scientific fields, such as the successful use of the DEA theory to explore colleges and universities management disciplines input and output efficiency assessment methodology. A comprehensive and objective understanding of the efficiency of input-output management disciplines Status, Management unit was found on the gap between the disciplines and advantages, promote the construction and development management disciplines, has a practical significance. Finally, with some specific school management discipline construction of the actual data, use of the model has conducted an assessment of analysis to examine the practical application of the model.更多还原
