【摘要】 高层建筑作为近现代全球化经济高速发展的产物,经过一百多年的发展,技术手段以及设计手法已经发展的到了很高的程度。在过去的数十年,全球经济的快速发展,使得很多的高层甚至超高层建筑涌现出来,特别是在中国,以北京、上海为首的许多大中型城市高层的建筑一座座迅速的拔地而起。然而,由于在一开始对高层建筑的自身特点的认识不够,导致了大部分的建筑师在进行高层建筑的设计与营造的过程中,仍然沿用了传统多层建筑设计的设计思路,只考虑到了其实用性,经济性与艺术性,却很容易忽视其对周围环境以及内部微环境的生态性影响,造成了大量现有高层建筑的非生态性这一事实。同时,高层建筑本身的特点也造成了其自身的非生态性。针对此现状,本文试图通过对高层建筑中的其中一种类型——高层公共建筑及其相关生态内容等方面进行整合研究,找寻高层公共建筑在中国未来的方向。论文的题目是《高层公共建筑的生态设计方法》,论文首先从生态学角度出发,阐述了由于自然环境受到过度破坏而使人类生存面临的窘境,并以建筑学为研究的范围,以高层建筑的生态特性为基点,首先从城市设计的角度将高层建筑对城市生态环境的影响进行了分析,进而结合实例分别从高层建筑的前期设计规划,高层建筑各个部分设计,高层建筑内部环境的设计,高层建筑后期生态运营等方面提出了不同的生态设计策略;总结了高层公共建筑的生态评价标准,最后对未来生态高层公共建筑建筑的发展趋势进行了展望。更多还原

【Abstract】 Through over one hundred years , skyscraper, as the production of the quickly development of globalization in modern times, when the technical measure and means of design has reached to a high level. In the past ten years, with the quickly development of global economy ,many high buildings and over-high buildings rushed all over the world, especially in china. There are so many buildings which were built quickly in the big or middle- sized city, headed by ShangHai and BeiJing. However, owing to the lack of the acquaintance in the high building’s own characteristic, most architects still follow the means of design which are used for traditional numberous buildings in the process of the design and construction. They only think about the practical, economical and artistic, but easily to ignore the ecological effects around or inter the environment. which leads to the nonecology of larger number of extant high building. At the same time, the own characteristics of the high building also lead to the unecology of itself.According to this present situation, this thesis try to research and find out the direction of the high public buildings of china in the future, through the research of one type of the high buildings-the ecology aspect of the high public buildings.The thesis’s title is《The ecological means of pubic high building design》,the thesis begin at the aspect of ecology, and then elaborate the plight faced by humanity which is due to the over destroy of the environment. In addition, we make architecture as its range of the research based on ecological characteristics. Firstly , it analysis the effect to the ecological environment influenced by the high buildings on the aspect of urban design. Secondly, illustrated by actual examples, The thesis put forward different ecological means of design by researching the fore design and plan, each part of the high building design, the inter environmental design and ecological construction. Finally, the thesis summarize the assessment standard of ecological buildings. Moreover, it look into the future of the developmental tendency of the high-level ecological building.更多还原
