复合土钉支护稳定性及内应力有限元分析

【摘要】 随着城市建设的高速发展,高层、超高层建筑项目以及地下建筑工程日益增多,建筑规模不断扩大。进入90年代以来,由于建筑结构及使用上的要求,基坑开挖的深度越来越深,开挖面积也越来越大,基坑深度由原来的5m左右发展到目前的20多米之深。由于深基坑工程的复杂性和不确定性,信息化施工成为深基坑施工全过程中必不可少的手段,它可以反馈信息,以便及时修改设计方案中的不足之处,并及时采取补救措施。本文主要论述土钉支护的发展及其研究应用状况。对复合土钉支护作用的承载机理、稳定性分析计算作比较综合的初步论述。以北京某一实际工程为实例,采用有限元法对预应力锚杆(索)复合土钉支护形式进行数值模拟,主要研究其力学性能、基坑的变形、锚杆受力状态和轴力分布规律等。并结合此工程的监测结果,对有限元分析的结果作比较,验证理论分析的合理性。与实测的结果比较表明,采用的ansys软件对预应力锚杆(索)复合土钉支护形式进行数值模拟的基坑变形与实测结果基本吻合,说明对实际工程的有限元分析是可行的,分析结果是有效的,为今后的工作提供了理论依据及设计参考。

【Abstract】 Along with the urban construction high speed development, high level,the extra-high building project increase day by day, and the construction scale expands too. Since has entered for the 90’s, because inconstruction structure and use request, structure excavation depth turns more and more deep, excavates the area more and more to be also big,the excavated for building foundation depth develops the present more than 20 meters depth from original 5m about.Due to the complexity and uncertainty of deep excavation,Information Construction of the whole construction process into deep excavation, which are indispensable tool, which can feedback. to the timely design deficiencies, and to take timely remedial measures.My paper discusses the development and study of soil nails Support application. Supporting the role of composite soil nailing bearing mechanism, Stability analysis for a more integrated preliminary exposition. In Beijing, as a practical example, valuesimulation using the finite element method of pre-stressed anchor composite soil nailing supporting form valuesimulation in order to study of major mechanical properties, deformation of excavation, and the rule of the axial force. Combined with this project on the monitoring results of the finite element analysis results, the theoretical analysis was reasonable.Indicated with the actual result comparison, the result of valuesimulation to the pre-stressed anchor which one of composite soil nailing forms shows the distortion of excavation basicallytallies to the actual result.The finite element analysis result is effective and feasible.It has provided the theorybasis and the design reference for the next work.
