纸币清分捆扎一体机的研究与开发

【摘要】 智能化的纸币全自动清分捆扎处理是现金处理技术发展的重要内容。本文在对国内外现金处理设备调研的基础上,较为深入地研究了纸币清分捆扎一体化装备关键技术的实现和控制方式。应用模块化设计思想,对一体机重新进行了设计和改进,并用单片机实现对清分、捆扎一体化关键动作过程的控制,取得以下进展:纸币高速处理过程是建立在纸币流水线传输实现的基础上。纸币的各功能操作模块根据处理过程的执行先后沿纸币流通路径顺序分布,各功能执行部件采用模块化设计,在设备运行过程中,可根据客户对现金处理的需求进行取舍。在这样的设计框架下,清分捆扎一体机主要由六个部分构成:入钞模块、修正模块、检测模块、面向调整模块、面额/新旧清分模块以及捆扎模块。在综合稳定性、可实施性等分析之后,确定了入钞结构、修正方式、面向以及面额清分功能、捆扎实现以及总体结构布局等关键问题的设计目标,并完成结了相关的设计任务。根据清分捆扎机的工作流程,构建起了主要控制过程的程序框图。针对关键的几种分流切换过程:受位置信号控制的单张切换以及百张切换,应用单片机实现其逻辑控制过程;受图像检测模块延时输出控制的清分系统的分流切换,在分析检测控制过程基础上,给出延时控制框图。对于捆扎模块,亦采用单片机实现捆扎传输和扎把机构两部分控制系统的构建。

【Abstract】 The intelligent and automatic currency sorter and packer is the key equipment in cash processing. Depend on the study of existing methods that have been put in practice, this paper hold a widely and in-depth research on the pivotal technology of integrative realization of currency sorter and packer. As the idea of modularization concerned, some new designs and improvement are carried out, and a SCM system is found to be master of those operations.An orderly and fast transmission of paper currency is the first step to lead a high speed sorting and packing. As it takes the cash traverse the function blocks of the machine, each operation is made.Because of modularization design, some of the function blocks can be uninstalled, as the client dominate or other request. Totally, this kind of machine is made up of six blocks: entry, position reviser, currency identifier, side-unifier, sorter and packer. Most of those blocks are involved in this paper, and the research is carried out in frame design, function layout, stability and feasibility analysis etc.According to the requirement of processing, the flow charts of the programs have been drawn to assist building the control system. Using an SCM, some important logical controls are put into truth, such as position switch based on counter, the ranking action of the side-unification frame and packing process. The relay output for sorting operation from optical identifying system is also achieved by using a circuitry.
