【摘要】 软件项目管理是软件项目开发中进行规范化管理、保证软件项目质量和进行成本控制的最重要的问题之一,成本管理是软件项目管理中的一个核心组成部分。软件项目管理的主要目的是为了使软件项目能够按照预定的成本、进度、质量顺利完成,而对成本、人员、进度、质量、风险等进行分析和管理的活动。本文以某省人事监督系统开发项目为例,针对软件项目成本管理过程、成本估算、成本控制等问题进行了研究。在相关国内外研究文献综述的基础上,分析了软件项目成本管理的过程、软件项目成本估算COCOMO模型和CMM模型以及成本估算的方法与步骤;以某省人事监督系统开发的项目管理过程为例,阐述了信息管理系统的结构,软件研发管理过程,以及项目成本估算与控制等,为同类型的软件项目成本管理提供了借鉴。更多还原

【Abstract】 Effective software project management is vital for a successful software development project and one of its important components is cost management. The purpose of software project management is to ensure the completion of the project objectives through careful planning and managing of various factors like cost, people, time, quality, risks, etc. In order to improve the efficiency and optimize the outcome, it is necessary to find the best solutions of time and cost while meeting the quality standards. In this case, a thorough study of software cost management before and during the development process is crucial to any software project.The thesis, written from a project manager’s perspective, discusses the definition and characteristics of software project cost management. It investigates some commonly used cost management approaches like using cost estimation models such as COCOMO, CMM and other cost management systems, and analyzes the methods, features and limitations of the present systems. Based on the investigation and analysis, the author conducts an exploratory study on the project cost management process of a provincial personnel supervision system development project and provides suggestions on cost management of similar software projects.更多还原
