RFID技术在雷管产品安全管理中的应用

【摘要】 本文从当前我国雷管安全管理的现状出发,探讨了RFID技术及其在雷管管理中应用的可行性,开展了基于RFID技术的终端数据采集系统研究。首先分析了电雷管的抗射频性能,计算了试样电雷管在915MHz射频场中拾取的射频能量以及在此条件下雷管不发火的最小安全距离,得出了射频会否导致电雷管意外发火与RFID系统的射频发射功率、射频信号的频率及电雷管脚线长度这三者有密切关系的结论。本文以国内新近研制成功的电子雷管为管理对象,提出了电子雷管及雷管包装箱的电子标签标示方案,研究了电子标签防金属干扰的封装方法及电子标签信息在无线通信过程中的安全性。以ARM7嵌入式微处理器LPC2103为控制核心完成了数据采集器主控板的软硬件设计,集成了RFID读写模块和GPRS无线数据传输模块,编写并调试了数据采集器的控制程序,通过串口仿真控制RFID读写模块实现了对电子标签的读写操作,并利用GPRS模块实现了与远程控制主机的无线通信功能,初步完成了论文的研究目标。

【Abstract】 This article started from the current condition of our countries’detonator management. It studied the RFID technology and the feasibility of application RFID in the detonator management, and carried out the research of the terminal data acquisition system which based on RFID technology.This article analyzed the anti-radio performance of detonator at first, calculated the radio energy which picked up in the 915MHz radio field by the detonator and the least safety distance of detonator misfire on this condition. A conclusion has been drawn that the detonator whether or not misfire lies on the radio emission power of the RFID system、the length of the detonator’s feet-thread and radio frequency. It took the digital detonator as the management object that has been developed recently, and brought forward the blue print of tagging the digital detonator and it’s packaging box, what’s more, the methods of encapsuling the tag to make it don’t be affected by metal is researched by this article, as well as the security of tag’s information during the course of wireless communication.By using of ARM7 microcontroller LPC2103 as the controlling core unit, it finished the hardware and software designing for the data collecting implement’s motherboard. Then it successfully embedded the RFID read-write module and the GPRS wireless data transmitting unit. Program has been written and debugged for the data collecting implement, through serial communication port emluator to control the RFID read-write module realized the data collecting implement’s read-write operation to the RFID tags, and using the GPRS unit finished the data collecting implement’s communication function with the long-distance controlling mainframe. The first step has accomplished the thesis’research target.
