智能家居中灯光控制系统的研究

【摘要】 随着信息技术的应用领域向着人类生活渐渐渗透,智能家居有着非常好的发展前景。当前,智能家居系统正从家庭内部的单一网络向着统一的互联网控制发展。但是由于没有统一的通讯协议和接口标准,大大阻碍了智能家居技术的发展。智能灯光控制系统作为智能家居的一部分,也是依托家庭网络的一个智能系统。对于灯光控制系统的研究,将有助于推动整个智能家居系统的发展。一个确定构架的灯光控制系统,其控制方法也可以应用于其他的家电设备。本文提出的灯光控制系统,以以太网作为家庭网络的主干,以TCP/IP为通讯协议,通过网络远程控制,可以实现家庭内部各种灯光设备和其他智能家电的协同、统一控制。使用开放的标准和通讯协议有助于实现智能家居网络协议的统一。在组成灯光控制系统的模块中:灯光控制器是一种带有一定智能功能的调光设备。该模块的设计按照美国UL认证关于固体调光设备的标准进行。在经过了大量的元件参数匹配工作、软件测试和环境实验后,成为市场上唯一一款单路额定负载1000W以上并通过美国UL认证的灯光控制器,具有很高的实用价值和市场价值。网络接口方面,基于以太网的TCP通讯和其他通讯方式相比,性能方面有着不可比拟的优越性。在本次设计中,通过把简化的TCP/IP协议栈移植入8位嵌入式系统运行的方式,实现了完整的TCP状态机制,使用简单的发送数据并等待ACK的模式,可以克服TCP通讯对于硬件资源要求高、延时大的缺点。在其中实现的DHCP客户端功能,可以在网络中接入新的家电设备直接使用而不需要人工配置。灯光控制终端拥有远程调光、状态记忆、场景设置等功能,实现了家庭智能灯光控制。文中还模拟了客厅中灯光和家电设备的控制,通过场景设置对4个灯光设备和3个其他设备进行统一控制,取得了良好的效果,说明这种控制方法也可以拓展到其他家电设备的控制领域。

【Abstract】 Information technology has been pratically used in human’s life, and smart home is developing well. Now smart home system is transferring from simplized network to uniformed internet control. But due to the lack of uniformed communication protocal and interface, the development of smart home technology has been delayed.Intelligent light control system, being a part of smart home system, is an smart system based on home network. The control methol of a light control system can also be applied in other household appliances. The light control system mentioned in this thesis is based on Ethernet home network, TCP/IP as protocal. Through remote network control, the uniformed control of light devices and other intelligent household appliances can be realized. Using open standard and communication protocal is helpful to the development of smart home.Among the modules of light control system: dimmer is a device with the function of light control. This module is designed according to fixed dimmer standard in UL certification. After a lot of work on parameters select, software test and enviromental tests, this dimmer is the first to be a light controller of single-way 1000W which also passes UL certification, and it means that it has high pratical value. In network interface module, compared with other communication method, Ethernet and TCP/IP advances in performance. In this research, through of method of apply simplized TCP/IP protocal in 8 bit embedded system, only only the full structure of TCP status being realized, but also the disadvantages of high hardware requirement and large delay being conquered. Realization of DHCP client can free is module from manual configuration. Light control terminal has the function of remote control, status memorization and scene set, which realized the family smart light control.In this thesis, the control of light and other appliances in living room has been simulated, through the simultaneous control of 4 light devices and 3 other devices, the effect is good. It shows that this control method can be applied in the control field of other household appliances.
