大跨度钢桁梁悬索桥关键问题研究

【摘要】 钢桁梁和钢箱梁是现代悬索桥通常选用的两种主梁形式。我国自一起步修建悬索桥采用的是钢箱梁悬索桥,对钢桁梁悬索桥的研究较少。本文结合我国西南山区几座在建和处于设计之中的钢桁梁悬索桥工程实例,对钢桁梁悬索桥关键问题展开研究。通过介绍几座典型悬索桥,本文回顾了国内外悬索桥的发展历程,归纳总结了悬索桥在各种荷载作用下计算理论发展。研究了钢桁梁悬索桥桁梁结构特性。本文结合工程实例和资料统计,阐述了钢桁梁悬索桥的桁架结构构造特性和常用桥面系构造特点,总结了钢桁梁悬索桥桁架施工方法。研究了钢桁梁悬索桥桁架力学性能。本文引入等效弯曲刚度和等效扭转刚度思想,采用“悬臂梁法”计算桁架等效弯曲刚度等效扭转刚度,并验证了该方法其精确性;基于拟腹板思想,介绍了一种桁架弯曲刚度简化计算方法,推导了其计算公式,验证其误差小于5%;从等效刚度出发,本文探讨了钢桁梁刚度的影响因素。对钢桁梁悬索桥进行了参数分析。本文基于有限元计算,探讨了主缆边中跨比、主缆垂跨比、加劲梁恒载大小以及中央扣等设计参数对钢桁梁悬索桥力学性能的影响,分析总结了上述设计参数与钢桁梁悬索桥强度和刚度的关系。对钢桁梁悬索桥和钢箱梁悬索桥进行了比较研究。本文从双层交通和施工适应性,养护维修,主梁对主缆加紧效果以及抗风性能方面,比较了钢桁梁悬索桥和钢箱梁的异同,总结了各自适应修建条件。

【Abstract】 Steel truss girder and steel box girder are usually used in modern suspension bridges,while study on suspension bridges with steel truss girder is on fewer in China. Suspension bridge with steel truss girder is powerful ompetitive in the field, with the advantage of unique adaptive capacity to double traffic and mountain construction of suspension bridge. Studies on suspension bridges with steel truss girder are executed in this paper combined with several projects wich are being designed and constructed in mountainous areas southwest of China.The paper first reviewes the development of suspension bridge,it also summarizes the calculation theory for suspension bridge under various type of loads.Then structure characteristics of suspension bridge with steel truss girder,common deck department included, are illustrated,and construction methods for suspension bridges with steel truss girder are summarized.A method of "cantilever beam" used to calculate equivalent bending stiffness and torsional stiffness is proposed,and the accuracy of which is verified. To calculate the equivalent stiffness of truss girder,a simplified method based on the idea of "comparing to web" is introduced. The formula of the method is also derivatesd whose error is below 5.0%.Forthermore,the influencing factors of steel truss stiffness are discussed.By method of finite element calculation,parameter analysis of suspension bridge with steel truss girder are carried out. The influence on mechanical properties of suspension bridge with steel truss girder is discussed by those parameters,such as the ratio of edge span to main span of cable,the ratio of sag to span of main cable,the constant load of stiffing girder and central deduction,and some meaningful conclusions are derived..Finally, similarities and differences between suspension bridge with steel truss girder and suspension bridge with steel box girder are compared from the aspects of adaptability of double traffic and construction, the maintenance,the intensify effects of girder, as well as wind performance,and the adaptive building conditions for themselves are pointed out.
