软土地区高层建筑全逆作施工技术研究

【摘要】 全逆作法施工在软土地区高层建筑工程中广泛应用,但由于软土地区的单桩承载力有限,在地下室逆作的同时,上部结构同步施工的层数受限。本文研究将高承载力的桩基,如桩端后注浆钻孔灌注桩、扩底桩、巨型桩等,在软土地区全逆作施工中应用的可行性;分别对于一柱一桩和一桩多桩两种逆作施工竖向承载体系,论证了高承载力的桩基的应用可以加快上部结构施工;总结了全逆作施工中的关键施工技术,如立柱的不均匀沉降、梁柱板墙的节点、一柱多桩的转换梁板等;提出了软土地区高层建筑全逆作施工总体方案制定应遵循的一些基本原则,如主楼群房的逆顺组合、全逆作的逆顺分界选择、挖土方式选择等。

【Abstract】 Top-down construction method has been widely used for tall building in soft soil region, but because of the limited bearing capacity of pile in soft soil, the construction speed of structure above ground is limited, while the basement is constructed reversely.In this paper, the feasibility of pile with high bearing capacity, such as post-grouting bored concrete pile, pedestal pile, huge pile and so on, used in top-down construction is studied. The construction speed increase of structure above ground is proved to be available when those high bearing piles are used in top-down construction, both in the vertical load transition system of one column over one pile and one column over several piles. The key techniques of top-down construction, such as uneven settlement of piles, the connection of beam and column and plate and wall, are summarized and given. Due to the great importance and complexity of general construction plan for tall building using top-down method, some basic rules, such as the combination and dividing line between top-down method and tradition method, the excavation method and so on, are suggested.
